Vertretungsärztin unfähig bei meiner Tochter einen Dachziegelverband selbst anzulegen, ließ dies aber auch die Ordinationsgehilfin nicht machen. Heute wieder einmal: Medikamente, die man regelmäßig benötigt, nicht lagernd. Man kann aber ruhig in Coronazeiten am nächsten Tag dann wieder kommen. Abgesehen davon wäre es schön gewesen, wenn man - obwohl bereits an der Reihe - nicht 20 Minuten auf die Aushändigung eines rezeptfreien Medikamentes hätte warten müssen, da zwei der Ordinationsdamen ein Arbeitstempo haben, das in Worten nicht mehr auszudrücken ist. A	Astrid Friedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin muss man mindestens 45 min warten ! Beim den ersten Terminen die wir hatten,dachte ich es wäre eine Ausnahme das wir so lange warten mussten ! Und wir reden hier von Termin die vom Anmeldungs Personal ausgegeben werden!! Bei einem weiterenTermin wo wir nur zum Impfen in der Ordi waren mussten wir wieder 1 Stunde warten und bei einer Kontrolle Termin wo wir 5 min im Behandlungszimmer waren mussten wir wieder 1 Stunde warten ! Sie sollten keine Termine vergeben !! Despite the appointment, you have to wait at least 45 minutes! With the first appointments we had, I thought it was an exception that we had to wait so long! And we're talking about appointments given by the registration staff !! At another appointment where we were only in the ordi for vaccinations we had to wait 1 hour again and at a control appointment where we were in the treatment room for 5 minutes we had to wait 1 hour again! You shouldn't make appointments !!
R	Rosi Kapper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin ist wirklich top und würde auch 10 Sterne bekommen. Aber die Organisation lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Trotz Termin sind die Wartezeiten bis zu 2 Stunden. The doctor is really great and would also get 10 stars. But the organization leaves a lot to be desired. Even with an appointment, the wait can be up to 2 hours.
