Die Coronaauflagen werden in der Ordination reibungsfrei durchgeführt. Da nimmt man die geringen Wartezeiten gerne in Kauf... Dr. Ziak is just a doctor as a patient imagines him. Der sich nicht hinter anderen versteckt,der wirklich was weiß...glaube ich vom ersten Besuch an.Komme jetzt nur mehr zu ihm und meine ganze Familie auch.Nur empfehlenswert! A doctor with a difference, who doesn't just prescribe prescriptions. Who doesn't hide behind others, who really knows something ... I think from the first visit. Now I'll just come to him and my whole family too. Can only be recommended!

Bin sehr angenehm überrascht da ich das aus Wien oder Noe nicht mehr kenne, da bei uns nur noch Grantler herumlaufen. After a long time I went to see a Styrian doctor again ... I'm very pleasantly surprised because I don't know anything from Vienna or Noe anymore, as we only have grumblers around.
J	Jennifer Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Erstgspräch bei Dr. Ziak war sehr nett und er scheint mir sehr kompetent zu sein als Arzt. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich angerufen, ich solle nochmals kommen da meine Blutröhrchen hinuntergefallen sind und sie müssen mir nochmals Blut abnehmen. Nach 1 Monat habe ich noch immer nichts gehört, dann habe ich mich selbst um einen Termin zur Befundbesprechung gekümmert. Gerade weil es ein Privat-Arzt ist finde ich das schon unzumutbar. Den Termin bekam ich dann für Jänner, also liegen zwischen Blutabnahme und Befundbesprechung 4 Monate! Das ist doch katastrophal. Ich bat darum meine Blutwerte abholen zu können, war ein Desaster mit Rezeptionistin Maria. Eine so unfähige Dame am Empfang habe ich noch nie erlebt! Primitive Ausdrucksweise, Unterstellungen, alles nur weil sie zu faul war mir den Befund auszudrucken und mitzugeben. So etwas ist unzumutbar und dafür soll man auch noch zahlen? So gut der Arzt selbst sein mag, aber er wird mich leider nie wieder sehen. Eigentlich sollte ein Arzt dafür sorgen, dass der Blutdruck sinkt und nicht wie bei mir, extrem steigt. Ich lasse mich von einer unfähigen, frustrierten Empfangsdame nicht nochmal so behandeln. NEIN DANKE MARIA! Sind Sie selbst Ärztin Maria? ;-) Die andere Empfangsdame (war neu) war sehr nett. The first interview with Dr. Ziak was very nice and he seems to me to be very competent as a doctor. The next day I was called to come back because my blood tubes fell and they have to take another blood sample. After 1 month I still haven't heard anything, then I made an appointment to discuss my findings myself. Precisely because it is a private doctor, I find that unreasonable. I got the appointment for January, so there are 4 months between the blood draw and the discussion of the findings! That’s a catastrophe. I asked to be able to pick up my blood values, it was a disaster with receptionist Maria. I have never seen such an incompetent receptionist! Primitive language, insinuations, all because she was too lazy to print out the findings and give them to me. Something like that is unreasonable and you have to pay for it? As good as the doctor himself may be, unfortunately he will never see me again. Actually, a doctor should make sure that the blood pressure goes down and not, like me, goes up extremely. I won't let an incompetent, frustrated receptionist treat me like that again. NO THANKS MARIA! Are you Maria, a doctor yourself? ;-) The other receptionist (was new) was very nice.
