Obwohl meine Kleine schlecht lag und sich auch nicht drehen wollte, hat die Ärztin eine Engelsgeduld an den Tag gelegt und mir nach der äußert gründlichen Untersuchung angeboten ich könnte nochmal wieder kommen nur um bessere Ultraschallbilder für mich zu haben, obwohl es nicht notwendig gewesen wäre. Wirklich sehr nett und einfühlsam. Super friendly and extremely competent! Although my little one was lying badly and didn't want to turn, the doctor showed her patience and, after the extremely thorough examination, offered me to come again just to have better ultrasound images for myself, although it would not have been necessary. Really very nice and empathetic.

Bei meinem letzten Besuch wurde mir vom Arzt gesagt, der Ultraschall is notwenig um zu sehen, ob das Kind überhaupt noch lebt. Mag ja sein, aber einer Schwangeren gegenüber, kann man das auch anders ausdrücken. Heute über 2 Stunden gewartet und dann wurde es nicht mal der Mühe wert gefunden, mir das Ergebnis der heutigen Untersuchung final mitzuteilen (obwohl mir das von einer Mitarbeiterin angekündigt wurde). War wohl zu zeitaufwendig, da das Wartezimmer voll war. Wurde wieder auf nächste Woche vertröstet, da das Ergebnis des NIPT noch nicht da ist. Gleichzeitig wurde mir gesagt, dass es sein kann, dass dieses Ergebnis überhaupt nicht kommt und dann müssen wir das noch mal machen - und dann darf ich wohl weitere 2 Wochen warten auf ein Ergebnis warten. Für die knapp 950 € die ich für den Spaß bereits bezahlt habe, schlichtweg inakzeptabel! Für das Organscreening such ich mir ganz gewiss eine Alternative in Wien - zum Glück gibt es ja mehr Anbieter für Pränataldiagnostik. The way senior doctors treat you here is inappropriate. At my last visit the doctor told me that the ultrasound is necessary to see if the child is still alive. Maybe so, but you can express it differently to a pregnant woman. Waited over 2 hours today and then they didn't even think it was worth the effort to give me the final result of today's examination (although an employee announced it to me). Was probably too time consuming because the waiting room was full. Was put off again until next week, since the result of the NIPT is not yet available. At the same time I was told that this result might not come at all and then we have to do it again - and then I can probably wait another 2 weeks for a result. For the almost 950 € that I have already paid for the fun, simply unacceptable! I am definitely looking for an alternative in Vienna for organ screening - fortunately there are more providers of prenatal diagnostics.
K	Katharina Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrtes Fetomed- Team, leider war ich nun zwei Mal bei der selben Ärztin und beide Male nach der Untersuchung enttäuscht und traurig über das Service. Ich freute mich heute wirklich auf das Organscreening, da mir berichtet wurde wie genau man sein Kind sehen kann und dass sich Zeit genommen wird um alles gründlich zu erklären. Zusätzlich wurde mir versichert, dass sich extra Zeit für schöne Bilder genommen wird, da kurzerhand auf Grund der aktuellen Covid Situation keine Begleitpersonen mit dürften. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Es ging alles irrsinnig schnell und hastig. Keine Erklärungen- kein Gespräch -nur unterschiedliche Bezeichnungen der einzelnen Organe wurden hastig vor sich hin gemurmelt. Am Ende musste ich noch Treppen steigen, um die Lage des Kindes zu verbessern und ich hoffe wenigstens auf schöne Bilder. Die Lage hat sich tatsächlich verbessert, doch es war wohl keine Zeit ein schönes Bild zu machen. Nach zwei Klicks war alles um... Dear Fetomed team, Unfortunately, I have now been to the same doctor twice and both times after the examination I was disappointed and sad about the service. I was really looking forward to the organ screening today, as I was told how exactly you can see your child and that time is taken to explain everything thoroughly. In addition, I was assured that extra time will be taken for beautiful pictures, because due to the current Covid situation, no accompanying persons are allowed to come along. Unfortunately this was not the case. It all happened incredibly quickly and quickly. No explanations - no conversation - just different names of the individual organs were hastily mumbled to themselves. In the end I still had to climb stairs to improve the child's situation and I hope at least for nice pictures. The situation has actually improved, but there was probably no time to take a nice picture. After two clicks everything was over ...
