J	Jimm Pimm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophale Zeiteinteilung!!! Trotz Termin Wartezeit zwischen 30 und 60 Minuten aufwärts im Zuge der letzten 3 Termine. Frau Doktor wirkt zwar bemüht aber leider auch sehr gestresst während der Behandlung. Dieser Eindruck ist für mich klar durch die offensichtliche "Überbuchung" belegt. Werde künftig einen anderen Arzt/Ärztin wählen. Disastrous timing !!! Despite the appointment waiting time between 30 and 60 minutes upwards in the course of the last 3 appointments. The doctor seems to be trying hard but unfortunately also very stressed during the treatment. For me, this impression is clearly proven by the obvious "overbooking". Will choose a different doctor in the future.

S	Sem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falls möglich, sollte man sich eine/n andere/n Ärztin/Arzt suchen. Die Wartezeiten sind trotz Termin sehr lange (die letzten 3 Male nie unter 30 Min., 2 Mal fast eine Stunde) - und wenn man dann dran kommt, wird man in 2 Min. abgefertigt (Weil sie 3 Patienten in verschiedenen Räumen mehr oder weniger parallel behandelt). Auf Beschwerden wird wenig bis gar nicht eingegangen. Sie ist sehr vergesslich/chaotisch (erinnert sich bspw. an Sachen, die sie gesagt haben soll, was aber definitiv nicht der Fall war und schiebt einem dann die Schuld zu, dass man das, was sie gesagt haben soll, nicht gemacht hat. (ich war dann auch richtig perplex in dem Moment) Auf jeden Fall das letzte Dreiviertel-Jahr keine zufriedenstellende Behandlung gehabt und werde mir jetzt auch eine/n neue/n Ärztin/Arzt suchen. If possible, you should look for another doctor. The waiting times are very long despite the appointment (the last 3 times never less than 30 minutes, 2 times almost an hour) - and when your turn comes, you will be processed in 2 minutes (because they have 3 patients in different rooms more or less treated in parallel). Little or no complaints are dealt with. She is very forgetful / chaotic (remembers, for example, things she is supposed to have said, which was definitely not the case, and then blames you for not doing what she is supposed to have said. ( I was really perplexed at the moment) In any case, I have not had satisfactory treatment for the last three quarters of a year and I am now looking for a new doctor.
H	Helga Karli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bitte hier aufpassen auf die E Card diese Sprechstundenhilfe ist eher ungebildet und frech sie steckt die E Card auch für Termine!!! was eigentlich streng verboten laut ÖGK ist!!! ausserdem ist diese Ordination fast nicht erreichbar und wenn, wird abgehoben und auf die Warteschleife gesetzt please watch out for the e-card here this receptionist is rather uneducated and cheeky she also puts the e-card in for appointments!!! which is actually strictly forbidden according to ÖGK!!! In addition, this ordination is almost impossible to reach and if it is, it is picked up and put on hold
G	Gerhard Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Grund eines Hautproblemes war ich auf der Suche nach einem Hautarzt der gut diagnostiziert und behandeln kann. Einer Empfehlung einer Familie, die schon bei Frau Dr. Hudl in Behandlung war folgte ich und vereinbarte einen Termin - privat, muss erwähnt werden. Die Praxis ist sehr ansprechend und die Dame am Empfang sehr freundlich. Meine Wartezeit vom vereinbarten Zeitpunkt bis zum Eintritt in das Behandlungszimmer betrug nur einige Minuten = Top! Frau Dr. Hudl selbst ist sehr genau, kompetent, freundlich, kümmert sich um den Patienten mehr als nötig und erwartet. Ein kompletter Rundumcheck ist bei ihr selbstverständlich. So gut aufgehoben habe ich mich bei einem Arzt noch kaum gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank, Frau Dr. Hudl! Due to a skin problem I was looking for a dermatologist who could diagnose and treat well. A recommendation from a family who has already worked with Dr. Hudl was in treatment, I followed and made an appointment - private, it has to be mentioned. The practice is very appealing and the receptionist is very friendly. My waiting time from the agreed time to entering the treatment room was only a few minutes = great! Miss Dr. Hudl himself is very precise, competent, friendly, takes care of the patient more than necessary and expected. A complete all-round check is a matter of course for her. I have hardly felt so well cared for by a doctor. Thank you very much, Dr. Hudl!

Die längere Wartezeit nehme ich gerne in Kauf wenn ich im Gegenzug fachlich gut beraten bin und mich in sicheren Händen fühle. Was bringt mir eine kurze Wartezeit, Abfertigung im Akkord, wenn ich meine Anliegen nicht ausführlich beschreiben kann. Also, Fazit.. eine top Ärztin! A very competent, friendly doctor who understands her subject. I am happy to accept the longer waiting time if, in return, I am well advised and feel in safe hands. What good is a short waiting time, piecework processing, if I cannot describe my concerns in detail. So, bottom line .. a top doctor!
I	I. Nestorovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr kompetente und nette Ärztin. Atypisches Muttermal wurde schmerzfrei entfernt. Man wartet zwar lange auf ein Termin - aber ich glaube, dass es derzeit einfach so ist bei den Hautärzten. Nochmals: danke an Dr. Hudl und ihr Team! A very competent and nice doctor. Atypical birthmark was removed painlessly. You wait a long time for an appointment - but I think that's just the way it is with the dermatologists at the moment. Again: thanks to Dr. Hudl and her team!
A	Ali Farhat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hours waiting to see the doctor then I asked to leave for 20 min to drive my daughter back and the receptionist refused to let me back in!!!! Who the hell expects to spend 3 hours waiting and still not even close to seeing the doctor!!!! I left and never going back to this place. Another lady waiting also started shouting at the rude receptionist and left an hour before I did also complaining that she had been waiting for two hours and that the waiting times are unreal! Stop being soooo greedy and don't take so many patients when u don't have the capacity!!!! 3 hours wasted and didn't even get to see a doctor!! And with all honesty one of the receptionists was a little friendly but the other was just sooo unfriendly and rude!!! Worst experience ever and not recommended unless you are planning to take the day off waiting for a 5 min doctor quick check as this was the second time I visit and the first time i waited 1 hour and a half to only see the doctor for 5 mins! Unreal for the standards I see in Austria!
