Die Dame am Empfang war extrem bemüht, nicht aus der Ruhe zu bringen, obwohl sehr viele Patienten da waren und war absolut einfühlsam. Ich war das erste Mal spontan in dieser Praxis, wurde gut beraten und kann nur sagen - SUPER! Insanely friendly and competent! The lady at the front desk was extremely anxious not to disturb, although many patients were there and was absolutely sensitive. Es stimmt einfach alles Die Praxis ist exzellent organisiert, der Umgang unkompliziert, bemüht, äußerst kompetent, sowie Genauigkeit ist dort wichtig. Es wird auf Hygiene und Ordnung sehr Wert gelegt. Der Aufruf erfolgt wirklich nach eintreffen und verläuft unkompliziert. Das Ordi Team ist allerdings sehr bemüht und freundlich! If I just continued to be referred for everything, I could have saved myself the trip to the general practitioner. Noch nie habe ich einen Arzt erlebt der gegenüber einer wartenden Mutter mit zwei kleinen Kindern so überheblich und arrogant reagiert weil sich diese über die Wartezeit beschwert. Hinzu kommt die Verweigerung der Behandlung was für ein mangelndes Verantwortung und Pflichtbewusstsein spricht. Ich kann diese Arztpraxis nicht weiter empfehlen. I have never seen a doctor who reacts so arrogantly and arrogantly to a waiting mother with two small children because she complains about the waiting time. Immens schade weil das Ordinationsteam immer sehr bemüht ist. Ob es alleinig das System ist??? Sadly, the ordination has changed a lot, neither support is offered to ease subsequent symptoms, nor is attention paid to individual advice on a neutral level. It's a shame because the ordination team always tries very hard. Is it just the system???
