C	Claudia Gussenbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte diese Woche Koloskopie und Gastroskopie. Alle sehr freundlich und kompetent, Ordination sehr sauber. mit leichter Narkose in ca. 35 min. Fertig. Sehr zum empfehlen. Had colonoscopy and gastroscopy this week. All very friendly and competent, ordination very clean. with light anesthesia in approx. 35 min. Finished. Highly recommended.

Dr. Baumhauer wirkt sehr freundlich und kompetent. Leider werden für die "leichte Narkose" € 98,- zusätzlich verrechnet. Diese Sedierung wird aber von der Krankenkasse übernommen - auf der Rechnung stand dann "Nebenleistungen für die Betreuung im Rahmen der Sedierung. Schade - ansonsten war ich vollauf zufrieden! Had a colonoscopy - Dr. Baumhauer was recommended to me by my general practitioner. The ordination is modern, clean and friendly. Dr. Baumhauer looks very friendly and competent. Unfortunately, for the "light anesthesia" € 98, - additionally charged. This sedation is taken over by the health insurance - on the bill was then "ancillary services for the care in the context of sedation. Too bad - otherwise I was completely satisfied!

Ich habe seit meinen ersten Besuch nur eines feststellen können: Die freundlichsten und kompetentesten Leute in dieser Ordination. Egal die Damen am Empfang, die Schwestern oder der Arzt. Ich bin ein ausgesprochener Feigling, aber schon beim ersten Gespräch( wo mir alles erklärt wurde) hat man mir meine Angst genommen. Und die Untersuchung war einfach ohne jeglichen Schmerz. Da ist ein Zahnarzttermin schmerzhaft. Ich habe nichts gespührt und ich bin so glücklich das auch die Diagnose nichts ergeben hat. DANKE liebes Team ! Ihr seid die Liebsten und Besten. I was in the ordination on October 9th, 2018. Had a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy. Since my first visit I have only noticed one thing: the friendliest and most competent people in this ordination. No matter the ladies at the reception, the nurses or the doctor. I'm an outspoken coward, but at the first conversation (where everything was explained to me) my fear was taken away from me. And the examination was easy without any pain. A dentist's appointment is painful. I didn't feel anything and I'm so happy that the diagnosis didn't reveal anything either. THANK YOU dear team! You are the dearest and the best.
S	Silvia Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe selten eine so nette und freundliche Ärztin erlebt. In ihrer Ordination fühlt man sich, sich auch sehr wohl, da dort ihre Assistentinnen sehr bemüht sind. I have seldom seen such a nice and friendly doctor. You feel very comfortable in her ordination, as her assistants are very eager there.

(Heinrich M.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde von der Dame von oben herab behandelt, war gereizt weil ich mir Fragen erlaubte, wurde unterbrochen, gemaßregelt - schlicht als Untermensch behandelt! - eine einfühlsame Ärztin ist dies nicht! (ich hatte den Eindruck, sie mag weibliche Patienten mehr......) Was treated from above by the lady, was irritable because I allowed myself questions, was interrupted, disciplined - simply treated as a subhuman! - this is not a sensitive doctor! (I got the impression that she likes female patients more ......)

Extremely competent and also lovingly and caring committed team overall: AND an obviously very experienced and competent doctor who not only tries to provide easy-to-understand medical feedback, but also shows her patients to be holistic. Auch die Assistenz am Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. A very nice and competent doctor who takes away any nervousness with her calm manner. The receptionist was also very friendly and courteous, I felt very comfortable.
