M	Manuela stauder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr engagiert und immer ein offenes Ohr. Ich werde angehört und ernst genommen. Auch sehr nette Damen am Empfang. Auch wenn ein Besucht meist mit Schmerzen verbunden ist, fühle ich mich wohl! Very committed and always ready to listen. I am listened to and taken seriously. Also very nice ladies at the reception. Even if a visit is usually associated with pain, I feel good!

Man wird für einen Ersttermin dafür bestraft, dass man 40 Jahre keinen Orthopäden benötigt hat, und bekommt nachrangig einen Termin fast 2 Monate später. Die Schmerzen habe ich aber aktuell :(. Ich verstehen wenn keine Termine frei sind. Die Begründung aber, dass ich noch nie beim einem Orthopäden (und schon gar nicht bei Dr. Dieter Moosmann) war, und deshalb so lange warten muss, ist für mich nicht wirklich fair. Werde versuchen woanders noch einen Termin zu bekommen. Unfortunately, I can not say yet ... good or bad. You are fined for a first date for not having needed orthopedic surgeons for 40 years and subordinate to an appointment almost 2 months later. The pain I have but currently :(. I understand when no dates are free. But the reasoning that I've never been to an orthopedist (and certainly not with Dr. Dieter Moosmann), and therefore has to wait so long is not really fair for me. Will try somewhere else to get an appointment.

Nimmt schmerzten ernst und versucht alles um den Patienten zu helfen. Nur zum weiterempfehlen. I have been in treatment for 2 years and can only say everything is excellent. Never been to such a good doctor. Takes care of your concern. Takes seriously and tries everything to help the patient. Only to be recommended.

Nach max. 5 min wird man aus der Ordination hinauskomplimentiert - auch bei gravierenden Beschwerden wie akutem Bandscheibenvorfall. Keine Erklärung zu verschiedenen Therapien - Vorteile / Nachteile. Innerhalb weniger Minuten sollte man entscheiden welche Therapie man machen möchte. Vom Arzt keine Empfehlung bzw. Unterstützung bzw. auch laufende Betreuung! Sehr enttäuschend!!! Leider nur FAST MEDICIN!!! The doctor does not take any time for patients. After max. You are complimented out of the ordination for 5 minutes - even with serious complaints such as acute herniated disc. No explanation of different therapies - advantages / disadvantages. Within a few minutes you should decide which therapy you want to do. No recommendation or support from the doctor or ongoing care! Very disappointing!!! Unfortunately only FAST MEDICIN !!!
G	Gulfclub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Empfangsdamen. Vorab-Kommunikation über den Email Schriftverkehr hat sehr gut funktioniert, Antwort habe ich immer erhalten. Sehr kurze Wartezeiten. Der Herr Doktor behandelt alle seine Patienten, was ich mitbekommen habe, mit aufrichtiger Freundlichkeit und Respekt. Das ist mir sehr wichtig, gerade in dieser „Branche“. Die Diagnose ging schnell und zügig, jedoch ließ der Herr Doktor einem nicht im Unklaren, sondern nimmt sich die Zeit einem seine Diagnose zu erklären, weitere Vorgehensweisen etc. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und kann diese Praxis vollends empfehlen. Erneut hervorzuheben: die Freundlichkeit. Very nice receptionists. Advance communication via email correspondence worked very well, I always received an answer. Very short waiting times. The doctor treats all of his patients, which I have noticed, with sincere kindness and respect. This is very important to me, especially in this "industry". The diagnosis was quick and easy, but the doctor did not leave you in the dark, but took the time to explain his diagnosis, further procedures, etc. I am completely satisfied and can fully recommend this practice. To emphasize again: the friendliness.

Ich war lange bei Ihm im Gespräch und bekam die Hilfe für meine Schmerzen aufgrund von Verletzungen die ich bei meinem alten Orthopäden oder einem anderen Arzt nicht bekommen habe. Bin Herren Dr. Moosmann und Team sehr dankbar und werde definitiv bei ihm bleiben. Danke First time with Dr. Moss man. I was in conversation with him for a long time and got help for my pain due to injuries that I did not get from my old orthopedic surgeon or another doctor. I am Dr. Moosmann and team are very grateful and will definitely stay with him. thanks
