★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern mit Begründung: Meine Frau hatte Zahnschmerzen am Wochenende! Aus der Zahnarzt Bereitschaftsliste den Herrn Doktor herausgesucht. Am Samstag ein Termin für Sonntag ausgemacht. Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus das die Sozialversicherungskarte defekt ist. Für jemanden der Schmerzen hat uninteressant aber nicht für die Dame am Schalter. In jeden zweiten Satz wiederholte sie den Defekt der Karte und meine Frau sei nicht versichert und wie komme der Herr Doktor zu seinen Behandlungskosten. Entschuldigung aber zum Spaß kommen wir nicht am Sonntag! Erst nach Rücksprache mit den Herrn Doktor der der Dame wahrscheinlich vom Hippokrates erzählt hat wurde meiner Frau die Behandlung zugesprochen. Diese Bewertung richtet sich nicht gegen den Arzt sondern an sein Personal! Das Personal gehört eingeschult wie man sich gegenüber Patienten zu verhalten hat, Patienten die über die Sozialversicherungsabgaben den Arbeitsplatz der Dame sichern! Wer Rechtschreibfehler findet darf sie behalten!
A star with a reason: My wife had a toothache on the weekend! Picked the doctor from the dentist's ready list. An appointment was made on Saturday for Sunday. On arrival it turned out that the social security card is defective. Uninteresting for someone in pain but not for the lady at the counter. In every second sentence she repeated the defect in the card and my wife was not insured and how did the doctor get his treatment costs. Sorry, but for fun we won't come on Sunday! Only after consulting the doctor who probably told the lady about Hippocrates was my wife awarded the treatment. This evaluation is not directed against the doctor but rather with his staff! The staff should be trained in how to behave towards patients, patients who secure the lady's job through the social security contributions! Who finds spelling mistakes may keep them!
