D	Dominik T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind meine Erfahrungen etwas durchwachsen. Ordinationsaufenthalte von 2-3 Stunden Dauer sind hier leider eher die Regel als die Ausnahme. Man hat das Gefühl, dass systematisch überbucht wird. Manche der Ordinationsdamen sind leider recht unwirsch im Umgang mit den PatientInnen. Lungenröntgen wird nicht immer von den Ärzten selbst durchgeführt. Meines Erachtens wird die Spirometrie von den meisten Assisstentinnen nicht sonderlich gut erklärt. Seife im WC meistens nicht vorhanden und das Handtuch oft schmutzig. Der große rote Teppich im Eingangsbereich schaut sehr schmutzig und staubig aus. Die hygienischen Zustände sind stark verbesserungswürdig. Die Ärzte selbst sind meines Erachtens aber kompetent und engagiert, wenn auch häufig überlastet. Unfortunately, my experiences are a bit mixed. Ordination stays of 2-3 hours are unfortunately more the rule than the exception. You get the feeling that it is systematically overbooked. Unfortunately, some of the ordination ladies are quite unsettled when dealing with the patients. Lung x-rays are not always done by the doctors themselves. In my opinion, most assistants don't explain spirometry very well. Soap is usually not available in the toilet and the towel is often dirty. The big red carpet in the entrance area looks very dirty and dusty. The hygienic conditions are in great need of improvement. In my opinion, the doctors themselves are competent and committed, even if they are often overburdened.
E	Eine Tirolerin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin. Frau Dr. Katzmayr verschreibt fast jedem Patienten denselben Astmaspray. Zudem empfinde ich die hohe Anzahl an wartenden Patienten als reine Massenabfertigung. Von mir daher keine Empfehlung. Terribly long waiting times despite appointment. Miss Dr. Katzmayr prescribes the same Astmaspray to almost every patient. In addition, I feel the high number of waiting patients as pure mass processing. From me therefore no recommendation.

Man weiß ja das man hier etwas länger warten muss, aber 3-4 Stunden für einen Routine Arztbesuch sind einfach nicht mehr normal. Very competent doctor who understands what she is doing. But the long waiting times are extreme. You know that you have to wait a little longer here, but 3-4 hours for a routine visit to the doctor is simply no longer normal.

Bin sehr positiv überrascht, was eine Ärztin alles macht, dass es einem Patienten gut geht und sich dieser auch gut aufgehoben fühlt. Wartezeiten waren im Rahmen. Gibt besseres und schlechteres. Was mich so extrem positiv überrascht hat, Sie organisierte einen Ärztemarathon für mich, damit ich nicht nochmal 100 km fahren muss um bei diesen Ärzten einen Termin zu bekommen und dann ewig auf einen Befund warten muss. 3 Ärzte, 3 Befunde mit Befundbesprechung mit ausführlicher Erklärung bei Ihr in der Praxis (Sie nimmt sich wirklich Zeit) und das alles an einem Tag. Auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft in der ganzen Ordination ist 1a. Was there for the first time today. I am very pleasantly surprised at what a doctor does to ensure that a patient is doing well and that he or she feels that he is in good hands. Waiting times were reasonable. Gives better and worse. What surprised me so extremely positively, she organized a doctor's marathon for me so that I don't have to drive another 100 km to get an appointment with these doctors and then have to wait forever for a result. 3 doctors, 3 findings with a discussion of the findings with a detailed explanation at her practice (she really takes the time) and all in one day. The friendliness and willingness to help throughout the ordination is also top notch.
M	Manu Maus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Katzmayr sehr nette, sympathische Ärztin. Wir sind 22 Jahre schon Kunden in der Praxis und sie macht das immer noch sehr gut. Die Wartezeiten ja einmal besser einmal länger. Aber sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Arbeit. Miss Dr. Katzmayr very nice, personable doctor. We've been customers at the practice for 22 years and she's still doing very well. The waiting times are sometimes better, sometimes longer. But very happy with their work.
