Genau so der Junior Dr. Daniel Ortner, fachlich sehr kompetent, höflich, geduldig, ich kann und werde ihn immer weiterempfehlen. Dr. Ortner hat meiner kleinen Tochter sofort helfen können und hat dann am nächsten Tag auch noch extra angerufen ob‘s besser geworden ist. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung! Und sollte man beim Telefon mal nicht durchkommen, dann einfach nochmal probieren. I am so happy! Dr. Ortner was able to help my little daughter immediately and then called the next day to see if things had gotten better. 100% recommendation! And if you can't get through on the phone, just try again.
D	Demokrat Berisha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super kinderfreundlicher Arzt, jedoch die ältere Assistentin am Schalter ist sowas von unfreundlich. 0 Empathie, kein Mitgefühl und beantwortet Fragen mit Arroganz! Man merkt ihre Unzufriedenheit an, sie ist anscheinend fehl am platz!!! Super child-friendly doctor, but the older assistant at the counter is so unfriendly. 0 empathy, no compassion and answers questions with arrogance! You can tell her dissatisfaction, she is apparently out of place!
D	Dragana Mijuca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt ist super! Sehr kompetent, sehr freundlich und sanft mit dem Kindern, ich kann es nur empfehlen! ABER eine seine Asistentin (er hat zwei) ist sehr unfreundlich, sie macht immer stressig und Druck, es ist leider sehr unangenehm und das ist sehr oft. Ich war beim Arzt weil mein Kind ein Ausschlag hatte, sie hat mir gesagt: "wie dürften sie mit dem Kinder hier rein kommen, die andere Kinder sind da, das ist ansteckend, gehen sie raus!!" Dann hat sie mir so unfreundlich erklärt wo ich gehen soll, es gibt nämlich ein Sonder Raum für solche Fälle, und ich verstehe das ganz gut, aber keiner hatir das gesagt, und erklärt, obwohl ich angerufen habe ein paar Tagen vor. Die Menschen drinnen waren schockiert... Ich habe später, zu Hause fast geweint. Das war überhaupt nicht schön. Man kann alles freundlich erklären. Schade, weil der Arzt selbst kann ich nur empfehlen! The doctor is great! Very competent, very friendly and gentle with the children, I can only recommend it! BUT one of his assistants (he has two) is very unfriendly, she always creates stress and pressure, unfortunately it is very uncomfortable and that is very often. I went to the doctor because my child had a rash, she told me: "How can you get in here with the child, the other children are there, it's contagious, go out !!" Then she explained to me so unkindly where I should go, because there is a special room for such cases, and I understand that quite well, but no one told me that, and explained, even though I called a few days ago. The people inside were shocked ... I almost cried later at home. That wasn't nice at all. You can explain everything in a friendly way. It's a shame because I can only recommend the doctor himself!

Die Ordination nicht Kindergerecht alles eng und Spielzeug liegt überall irgendwo… Meine kleine durfte nicht dran kommen ohne Termin, obwohl es ein Notfall war. Die Sekretärin hat mir die Scheibe vor der Nase zu gemacht und gesagt wir sind erst nächste Woche frei …. Das war das letzte mal das ich diese Ordination aufgesucht habe nie wieder ganz gaaanz schlimm !!!! Didn't deserve a single star. The ordination is not suitable for children, everything is cramped and toys are everywhere somewhere... My little one was not allowed to come without an appointment, even though it was an emergency. The secretary closed the window in my face and said we won't be free until next week... That was the last time I visited this ordination, never again very bad!!!!
S	Stnrx Fv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für uns einer der besten Kinderärzte! Waren schon mit dem ersten Kind bei Dr. Ortner Senior und der war fachlich schon top. Jetzt hat sein Sohn übernommen und sind genau so zufrieden. Er ist ein kompetenter Arzt der fachlich super drauf ist, man kann alles fragen und er nimmt sich Zeit alles zu beantworten. For us one of the best pediatricians! Already with the first child we went to Dr. Ortner senior and he was technically top. Now his son has taken over and we are just as satisfied. He is a competent doctor who is technically excellent, you can ask anything and he takes the time to answer everything.

The staff is great too, always helping with prescriptions, appointments or little problems with the baby. I still don’t speak german but everyone speaks english! Higly raccomended
