R	Riri N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die weite Anfahrt von einer Stunde in Kauf genommen um eine gute Kinderzahnärztin für meine Töchter (5J.) & (2J.) zu finden. Durch die guten Bewertungen habe ich mich für Fr. Dr. Wimmer-Wurzer entschieden und telefonisch einen Termin vereinbart wo ich bereits alle Daten zu meinen Kindern und Thematik angeben musste. Als ich dann zum 1. Termin erschien, wurde außer ein Röntgen und ein kurzes Nachsehen nichts gemacht. Der Oberflächlichen Karies bei meiner Großen wurde trotz meines bittens nicht entfernt, dies sei nicht nötig, ich solle es beobachten. Toll!! Anscheind muss hier der Karies erst tief sitzen bis etwas gemacht wird! Meine kleine Tochter hat Kreidezähne und deshalb leider schon Schmerzen. Auch sie wurde nur kurz angeschaut und mir wurde dann eine Kostenaufstellung überreicht für eine nötige Zahnentfernung einmal mit Narkose (ein Safterl) und einmal ohne bzw. mit einer Spritze. Das war alles, wir konnten gehen. Eine Woche später hatte ich dann wieder Termin um für meine Tochter die Vorgehensweise zu besprechen, ein Röntgen zu machen usw. Als ich dann nach einer weiteren Stunde Autofahrt dort ankam, wurde wieder nur kurz in Ihren Mund geschaut, gesagt man kann sie am Stuhl nicht behandeln, man braucht eine richtige Vollnarkose, die Sie aber nicht anbieten. Ich solle entweder warten bis sie älter ist (trotz Schmerzen) oder zu einem anderen Arzt gehen. Ich bin einfach nur wütend und enttäuscht wenn man von so weit anreist solche Termine zu bekommen wo rein nichts gemacht wird und man umstonst bestellt wird nur um abkassieren zu können. Habe nun einen Kinderzahnarzt gefunden der meiner Tochter helfen kann und bei ihm wird kein Zahn entfernt!! Das einzige positive bei Fr. Dr. Wimmer-Wurzer ist, dass die Ordination für Kinder sehr nett eingerichtet ist und die Damen sehr nett sind. Dies nützt aber natürlich nichts... Dafür aber der eine Stern! I accepted the long journey of an hour to find a good children's dentist for my daughters (5y.) & (2y.). Due to the good reviews, I chose Ms. Dr. Wimmer-Wurzer decided and made an appointment by phone where I had to provide all the information about my children and the topic. When I came for the first appointment, nothing was done except for an X-ray and a quick check. The superficial caries in my big one was not removed despite my request that this was not necessary, I should watch it. Great!! Apparently the tooth decay has to sit deep here until something is done! My little daughter has chalk teeth and therefore, unfortunately, is already in pain. It was also only looked at briefly and I was then given a statement of costs for a necessary tooth extraction once with anesthesia (a juice) and once without or with a syringe. That was all we could go. A week later I had an appointment again to discuss the procedure for my daughter, to take an X-ray, etc. When I got there after another hour's drive, you only looked briefly into your mouth again, saying you can't treat you in a chair, you need a real general anesthetic, which you don't offer. I should either wait until she is older (despite the pain) or go to another doctor. I'm just angry and disappointed when you travel from so far to get such appointments where nothing is done and you are ordered at random just to be able to cash in. I have now found a children's dentist who can help my daughter and no tooth is removed from him! The only positive thing about Ms. Dr. Wimmer-Wurzer is that the ordination for children is very nicely set up and the ladies are very nice. Of course, this is of no use ... But the one star!
