★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er war leider nicht in der Lage auf Sorgen und Ängste Rücksicht zu nehmen. Auf Fragen gab es keine Antworten , nur Gegenfragen und abwertende Belehrungen mit aggressiven Unterton.
 Unfortunately, he was unable to take worries and fears into account. There were no answers to questions, only counter-questions and derogatory instructions with an aggressive undertone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Erfahrung der anderen Art.
Wir waren heute zur Covid-Impfung im Messezentrum Klagenfurt und hatten das Pech, auf Dr. Unterkofler zu treffen. Als Arzt sollte man darauf vorbereitet sein, dass Patienten Fragen haben; das Thema Nebenwirkungen beschäftigt zur Zeit wohl sehr viele. Die Art und Weise, wie Dr. Unterkofler hier agiert hat, macht mich aber sprachlos. Ich bin mir sicher, dass er seine zahlenden Patienten anders behandelt - für mich spricht es aber Bände, mit welchem Unverständnis und ärgerlich er mit uns als nicht zahlenden Patienten umgegangen ist. Zum Glück kann man sich seinen Arzt im Normalfall aussuchen.
A different kind of experience.
Today we went to the Klagenfurt Exhibition Center for the Covid vaccination and were unlucky to hear from Dr. To meet Unterkofler. As a doctor, one should be prepared for patients to have questions; the topic of side effects is probably a topic of great concern to many at the moment. The way Dr. Unterkofler acted here, but leaves me speechless. I am sure that he treats his paying patients differently - but for me it speaks volumes about the incomprehension and anger with which he treated us as non-paying patients. Fortunately, you can usually choose your doctor.
