★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Operation war sehr gut, die Nachbehandlung extrem schlecht. Sie hat den Termin zum Nähte entfernen offensichtlich vergessen. Sie hat auf meine Anrufe nicht reagiert und ist meiner Bitte um Rückruf, den ich aufs Band gesprochen habe, nicht nachgekommen. Erst 7 Stunden nach dem Termin konnte sie von einem Arzt erreicht werden, dann wurden meine Nähte endlich entfernt. Ohne Diagnose und Befund haben sich andere Ärzte geweigert, die Nähte zu ziehen. Das war für mich extrem stressig. Entschuldigt hat sich die Ärztin nicht dafür, dass sie den Termin vergessen hat. Dafür, dass ich als Privatpatientin auch die Rechnung für die OP persönlich begleichen muss, fühlte ich mich nicht willkommen.
The operation was very good, the after-treatment extremely bad. She obviously forgot the appointment to remove seams. She did not respond to my phone calls and did not comply with my request for a call back. Only 7 hours after the appointment could she be reached by a doctor, then my sutures were finally removed. Without diagnosis and findings, other doctors refused to pull the sutures. That was extremely stressful for me. The doctor did not apologize for forgetting the appointment. As a private patient I have to settle the bill for the surgery personally, so I did not feel welcome.
