★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde Fr. Dr. Wiltschnigg nett und sympathisch. Ich denke sie kann was ein Hausarzt können muss. 5 Sterne für Fr. Dr.
Die Sprechstundenhilfe ist sicher ebenfalls kompetent, aber im Umgang mit den Patienten oftmals eine Katastrophe. Sie wirkt oft gestresst und überfordert und entsprechend ist ihr Ton, auch am Telefon.
1 Stern, weil ich schon öfters mit ihr einen Disput hatte.
Daher leider nur 3 Punkte in Summe.
I think Dr. Wiltschnigg nice and personable. I think she can do what a family doctor should be able to do. 5 stars for Mrs. Dr.
The office help is certainly competent, but often a disaster when dealing with patients. She often seems stressed and overwhelmed and her tone is corresponding, even on the phone.
1 star because I have often had a dispute with her.
Therefore unfortunately only 3 points in total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde ein Termin gegeben, aber als ich dort war wusste niemand davon..generell dass sie keine neuen Patienten nehmen. Wäre für mich alles akzeptabel aber ich hab dies am Telefon extra alles abgeklärt und es hieß da ich gleich in der Nähe wohne, bekomme ich einen Termin! Habe seit über einem Monat Nieren schmerzen und hab jetzt noch mal 1 Woche auf diesen Termin gewartet..jedoch für Nichts!!!!!! Denn ich wurde nicht dran genommen und wurde weggeschickt. Ich habe mir extra für diesen Termin frei genommen und ihr schickt mich mit meinen Schmerzen wieder weg. Ich bin absolut kein Mensch der wegen einer Lappalie zum Arzt geht, sondern wirklich erst, wenn ich es nicht mehr aushalten. Also danke noch mal für Nichts!!!
I was given an appointment but when I was there no one knew about them..generally that they weren't taking new patients. Everything would be acceptable to me, but I clarified everything on the phone and it said that I live nearby, I get an appointment! I have had kidney pain for over a month and have now waited another week for this appointment .. but for nothing !!!!!! Because I was not taken and was sent away. I took time off especially for this appointment and you send me away with my pain. I am absolutely not a person who goes to the doctor because of a trifle, but really only when I can no longer take it. So thanks again for nothing !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunder mich ehrlich gesagt, dass Ihr Telefon angeblich überlastet ist. Ein Telefon dessen Band man während der Öffnungszeiten nicht deaktiviert, kann schließlich nicht läuten ... Aber gut, ist ja nur meine Meinung ?♀️
Honestly, I'm amazed that your phone is supposedly overloaded. After all, a phone whose band is not deactivated during opening hours cannot ring... But well, that's just my opinion ?♀️
