★ ★ ★ ★ ★ obwohl fr. dr. kuchler-krknjak nicht meine hausärztin ist, da meine keine ordination hatte, bekam ich nach einem kurzen anruf in die ordination, sofort am selben tag noch einen termin. die damen am empfang sind sehr freundlich und nett. ich kam sofort ohne wartezeit zur fr. dr. kuchler.krknjak, die auch sehr freundlich, vor allem aber auch sehr kompetent ist. was mich auch sehr positiv überrascht hat, dass ich aufgrund meiner beschwerden, KEIN antibiotika sofort verschrieben bekam. ich bin mir sicher, viele andere ärzte hätten es sofort verschrieben, ohne das es wirklich notwendig ist. so kann kann man resistenzen vermeiden, wenn es wirklich nicht notwendig ist!
although fr. dr. Kuchler-Krknjak is not my family doctor, because mine didn't have an ordination, after a short call to the ordination, I got an appointment on the same day. The ladies at reception are very friendly and nice. i came to fr. immediately without waiting. dr. kuchler.krknjak, who is also very friendly, but above all very competent. What also surprised me very positively was that due to my complaints, I was NOT immediately prescribed any antibiotics. I'm sure many other doctors would have prescribed it straight away without it really being necessary. this way you can avoid resistance when it really isn't necessary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very pleasant... Asked to wait outside, merely because I did not know the procedure, while other patients went inside. Asked to see the doctor as I have not been well. Yet the receptionist seems to make decisions. Assisted with a sick note and subtley dismissed my request saying to come back on Friday? Easter Friday???? Interestingly...aweful... I am a person of colour. Easily said. Thats how it felt.
