T	Tina Hexe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diesen Rechtsanwalt würde ich meiner Meinung nach NICHT weiter empfehlen! Nach einem Erstgespräch und einer Honorarnote von 1000 Euro übernahm er meine Vertretung. Zur Verhandlung kam sein Rechtsanwaltsanwärter und konnte nichts positives bewirken. Eine Anfechtung der Gutachterkosten hielt er für aussichtslos. Die gegnerische Partei legte Berufung ein und bekam Recht. Die vorherige Aufteilung, halbe /halbe wurde in 2/3 für mich und 1/3 für die Gegnerische Partei umgewandelt. Darauf hin habe ich vier Tagen vergebens versucht telefonischen Kontakt aufzunehmen und bei seiner Sekretärin um einen Rückruf gebeten. Danach sendete ich ein Mail, worauf eine oberflächliche Antwort zurück kam. Daran könne man jetzt sowieso nichts mehr ändern und ein persönliches Gespräch ebenfalls nicht. Dabei wirbt dieser Rechtsanwalt auf seiner Homepage mit folgenden Worten: Obererstes Prinzip meiner Tätigkeit als Rechtsanwalt ist die umfassende Beratung und die persönliche Betreuung meiner Mandanten. Daraufhin habe ich von einer weiteren Vertretung dieser Anwaltskanzlei abstand genommen und bin auf einem großen Teil der Kosten sitzen geblieben. Wo war da die persönliche Beratung? Wo war da das persönliche Gespräch? Wo war da die notwendige Kompetenz? I would NOT recommend this lawyer in my opinion! After a first meeting and a fee of 1000 € he took over my representation. His lawyer came to the hearing and could not do anything positive. A contestation of the expert's fees he considered futile. The opposing party appealed and got right. The previous split, half / half was converted to 2/3 for me and 1/3 for the adversary party. In response, I have four days in vain trying to make contact by phone and asked his secretary for a callback. Afterwards I sent a mail, whereupon a superficial answer came back. You can not change that now anyway and a personal conversation also not. In doing so, this lawyer advertises on his homepage with the following words: The first principle of my work as a lawyer is the comprehensive advice and personal support of my clients. As a result, I have stepped away from another law firm representation and have stuck to a large part of the costs. Where was the personal advice? Where was the personal conversation? Where was the necessary competence?

Aktiv wurde Herr Dr. Naske ausschließlich, wenn ich ein Telefonat mit ihm geführt habe, ansonsten und von sich aus legte er keinen Wert auf eine rasche Abwicklung des Schadenfalles. Telefonisch war er im Übrigen sehr sehr schwer erreichbar. Trotzdem die Sache für mich positiv ausgegangen ist, muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht war über die lange Zeit, die ich auf mein Geld warten musste. Immerhin ging es "nur" um einen Verkehrsunfall. Wahrscheinlich war das der Grund, weshalb dem Fall absolut keine Priorität beigemessen wurde. liebe Grüße This lawyer is in my opinion not recommended. Active, Dr. Naske only, if I have a phone call with him, otherwise and on his own he did not value a quick settlement of the claim. By the way, by telephone he was very difficult to reach. Even though things turned out well for me, I have to say that I was very disappointed with the long time that I had to wait for my money. After all, it was "only" a traffic accident.
