A	Alexander Gorgomiti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde ein persönlicher Kennenlerntermin vereinbart. Das Gespräch verlief auch sehr freundlich und interessant (ca. 1.05h). Anschliessend wurde mir eine Rechnung in Höhe von 325,00 Euro inkl. Mwst. gestellt, die meiner Meinung nach nicht besprochen wurde. Diese landete zusätzlich noch in meinem Spam Ordner (Dafür kann die Kanzlei nichts). Doch auch die Mahnungen landeten in meinem Spam Ordner. Wenn ich nicht zufällig mal in meinen Spam nachgesehen hätte (3 Tage vor Ablauf der gesetzten Frist), wäre ich heute noch nicht darauf gekommen und hätte wahrscheinlich einen Eintrag im KSV oder bei der Schufa bekommen. Kein Anruf, Kein Brief, nein nichts dergleichen. Für mich als potenzieller Neukunde wäre hier eine andere Vorgehensweise sehr wünschenswert gewesen. Daher kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen und werde mich nach einem anderen Rechtsbeistand umsehen. A personal meeting was arranged. The conversation was also very friendly and interesting (approx. 1:05 am). I then received an invoice for EUR 325 including VAT. which in my opinion was not discussed. This also ended up in my spam folder (the law firm cannot do anything for that). But the reminders also ended up in my spam folder. If I hadn't checked my spam by chance (3 days before the deadline set), I wouldn't have thought of it today and would probably have received an entry in the KSV or the Schufa. No phone call, no letter, no nothing like that. For me as a potential new customer, a different approach would have been very desirable. Therefore, I cannot make a recommendation and will look for other legal counsel.
