L	L. F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Rezension bezieht sich nicht auf Fr Dr Bittner-Wölfl selbst, sondern auf Ihre Assistentin (mit fremdsprachigen Akzent). Fr Dr Bittner-Wölf ist eine hervorragende Ärztin; auch menschlich. Jedoch ist Ihre Assistentin schlicht unfähig und inkompetent. Bedauerlicherweise ist sie der deutschen Sprache im Ergebnis nicht wirklich mächtig und produziert dadurch immense Fehler. Sie ist auch sehr langsam und weiß nicht wie man strukturiert arbeitet. Alleine das Zusehen bereitete mir seelische und physische Qualen. Sie hebt auch das Telefon nicht ab und der AB wird falsch besprochen (Datum vom vergangenen Terminen). Es ist mir klar, dass es nicht leicht ist, eine qualifizierte Assistentin zu finden, doch "dies" kann es wohl auch nicht sein. My review does not refer to Fr Dr Bittner-Wölfl herself, but to your assistant (with a foreign-language accent). Dr Bittner-Wölf is an excellent doctor; human too. However, your assistant is simply incapable and incompetent. Unfortunately, the result is that she is not really proficient in the German language and therefore produces immense errors. She is also very slow and doesn't know how to work in a structured way. Just watching caused me mental and physical agony. She does not pick up the phone either and the answering machine is discussed incorrectly (date of the previous appointment). It is clear to me that it is not easy to find a qualified assistant, but it cannot be "this" either.
i	iam sandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Bittner-Wölfl ist wirklich sehr nett, aber was die Assistentin dort macht, würde ich wirklich gern mal wissen. Ich habe heute, während der Öffnungszeiten, zehnmal angerufen und war teilweise bis zu 15 Minuten in der Warteschleife. Dabei hat sich niemand auch nur ein einziges Mal gemeldet. Das ist nun mittlerweile das dritte Mal der Fall, dass die Assistentin während der Öffnungszeiten scheinbar gar nicht ans Telefon geht. Ms. Bittner-Wölfl is really very nice, but I would really like to know what the assistant is doing there. I called ten times today during opening hours and sometimes I was on hold for up to 15 minutes. Nobody has even contacted them once. This is now the third time that the assistant does not seem to answer the phone during opening hours.
