Die Doktorin könnte allerdings gut und freundlich sein. Completely incompetent and unfriendly receptionist. After the reception I decided to see another doctor. However, the doctor could be good and kind.
S	Sarah Helly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WICHTIG !!! Alle Bewertungen welche vor 2019 stammen sind nicht für Dr. Fuchs sondern für ihren Vorgänger Dr. Pallamar welcher toll war ! Die Dame an der Anmeldung ist leider sooo unfähig, unfreundlich, arrogant und überhaupt nicht Lösungsorientiert das wir deswegen nicht mehr hin gehen und den Arzt gewechselt haben. Die Ärztin ist eigentlich recht nett, aber mit der Dame an der Anmeldung hilft ihr das leider nichts ... IMPORTANT !!! All reviews that come before 2019 are not for Dr. med. Fuchs but for her predecessor Pallamar which was great! The lady at the registration is unfortunately sooo incompetent, rude, arrogant and not at all solution-oriented that we therefore no longer go and the doctor have changed. The doctor is actually quite nice, but with the lady at the registration she unfortunately does not help ...

Empfangsdame ist etwas Gewöhnung bedürftig wenn man es so ausdrücken darf. Very nice, sympathetic young family doctor took a while to get used to being the successor to Dr Walter Pallamar! Receptionist takes some getting used to if you can put it that way.

Darauf hin hat man sich geeinigt, dass es wohl das beste wäre eine Arztwechsel vorzunehmen. Hinterher hat mich sogar die Ordinationassistentin angerufen und mich voller Euphorie gefragt ob sie mich gleich freischalten soll, da ich ja jetzt nicht mehr zu ihnen komme. ? Not recommended. With registration very short waiting time. Competent, very friendly and personable. Also takes his time. All in all very recommendable.
