D	Dr.Helmut Pelikan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jahn ist seit vielen Jahren mein Augenarzt. Auf Grund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung kann ich ihm nur meine Hochachtung aussprechen. Er ist kompetent, umsichtig und nimmt sich ausreichend Zeit, die Probleme, die die Sehkraft bedingt durch das Älter werden ausmacht, verständlich zu erklären. Ich hoffe ihn noch lange als den Facharzt besuchen zu können. Dr. Helmut Pelikan Dr. Jahn has been my ophthalmologist for many years. Based on my personal experience, I can only express my respect for him. He is competent, prudent and takes sufficient time to explain in a comprehensible manner the problems that affect eyesight as a result of aging. I hope to be able to visit him as the specialist for a long time to come. Dr. Helmut Pelikan
D	Dali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jetzt innerhalb 2 Monaten schon zum zweiten Mal beim Herr Dr.Jahn. Erstens,da ich ein Problem hatte,bin ich am selben Tag drann gekommen,beide Male. Am Telefon, sehr nett und bemüht. Der Herr Dr.Jahn ist sehr kompetent und hat mir beide Male ausführlich erklärt, sehr geduldig und das wichtigste... ich vertraue ihm voll,immerhin geht es um meine Augen und da bin ich sehr empfindlich. Ich bin sehr froh den besten Augenarzt gefunden zu haben. I have now been to Dr Jahn's second time within 2 months. Firstly, since I had a problem, I came back on the same day, both times. On the phone, very nice and hard-working. Dr Jahn is very competent and explained to me in detail both times, very patiently and the most important thing ... I trust him fully, after all, it's about my eyes and I'm very sensitive. I am very happy to have found the best ophthalmologist.
L	Lennard Barth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meiner Freundin dort und als wir ankamen waren 5 ältere Damen vor der Tür und warteten. Als ich um einen Sitzplatz für eine Dame fragte die kaum mehr stehen konnte wurde mit erklärt, dass sie keine Sessel rausstellen könnten und sie auch nicht in die Ordination lassen konnten. Daraufhin fragte eine andere Dame (wir waren inzwischen schon 8 Wartende vor der Tür) ob die Termine schlecht eingeteilt wurden. Fast schon aggressiv antwortete die Sekretärin, dass es nicht ihre Schuld sei und auf gar keinen Fall es ein Problem der Terminzuordnung ist. Wir saßen über eine Stunde auf dem engen Gang auf dem kalten harten Boden und es kamen immer mehr Leute dazu die ebenfalls wie wir draußen warten mussten. Mir ist bewusst, dass man Wartezeiten hat aber eine Stunde auf dem Boden des Ganges zu warten mit älteren Damen die keuchend ihre Masken heben, da sie keine Luft mehr bekommen und müde sind, das habe ich wirklich nicht erwartet. Bitte verteilen sie ihre Termine richtig! Der Arzt war laut meiner Freundin sehr hektisch und drängend sodass er die Patienten die er noch über hatte schnell zu sich holen konnte. Ewig warten um am Ende schnell schnell behandelt zu werden...was ein Traum. I was there with my girlfriend and when we arrived there were 5 older ladies waiting at the door. When I asked for a seat for a lady who could hardly stand any more, I was told that they could not put out any armchairs and that they could not let them into the ordination. Then another lady asked (we were already 8 people waiting in front of the door) if the appointments were badly organized. Almost aggressively, the secretary replied that it was not her fault and that it was by no means a problem with scheduling. We sat in the narrow corridor on the cold hard floor for over an hour and more and more people came along who had to wait outside as well. I am aware that you have to wait an hour on the floor of the hallway with older women panting and lifting their masks because they can no longer breathe and are tired, I really did not expect that. Please distribute your appointments correctly! According to my friend, the doctor was very hectic and urgent so that he could quickly get the patients he still had to himself. Waiting forever to be treated quickly at the end ... what a dream.
N	Nicoletta Nicol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte heute einen Termin gehabt, da mein 2 jähriger Sohn wegen ohrenentzündung nicht in den Kindergarten konnte wollte ich ihn zu dem Termin mitnehmen. Am Telefon wurde mir in Passiv agressiven Ton mitgeteilt "begleitpersonen" seien nicht erlaubt. Aber man finde eine Lösung. Ich solle mit meinem 2 jährigen Kind am Gang warten und wenn ich zum Arzt in den behandlungsraum gerufen werde soll eine der Rezeptionistinen bei meinem zwei Jahre alten Sohn am Gang bleiben. - ach und Maske nicht vergessen für das Kind! Habe den Termin storniert. Had an appointment today because my 2 year old son couldn't go to kindergarten because of an ear infection, I wanted to take him to the appointment. On the phone I was told in a passive aggressive tone that "accompanying persons" are not allowed. But you can find a solution. I should wait in the hallway with my 2 year old child and if I am called to the doctor in the treatment room one of the receptionists should stay in the hallway with my two year old son. - oh and don't forget your mask for the child! Canceled the appointment.

Hat die Assistent aufgemacht und gesagt das wir am kalten Gang warten sollen.(Da standen aber schon Patienten) Trotz Impfung und Maske. Wo gibt's das bitte bei jeden anderen Arzt darfst im Warteraum Platz nehmen. Meine Begleitpersonen dürfte auch nicht mit. Ich brauch aber eine Person weil ich nicht so gut gehen bzw stehen kann. Bin wieder gegangen. Der Arzt sieht mich nie wieder. Had an appointment today when I got an appointment. The assistant opened the door and said that we should wait in the cold corridor. (There were already patients standing there) Despite vaccination and mask. Where can you get that from any other doctor? You can have a seat in the waiting room. t	thomas frisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ganze Ordinationsteam sehr freundlich und angesichts der angespannten Coronasituation sehr angenehm aufgetreten. Schon vorab bei der Terminvereinbarung auf die Wartezimmersituation hingewiesen und in der Ordination entsprechend empfangen worden. Dr Jahn hat sehr viel Wert drauf gelegt die notwendige Therapie unmissverständlich zu erklären - sei es um seiner oder meiner Willen spielt da gar keine Rolle Wärs kein Arzt würd ich sagen: jederzeit wieder, so aber hoff ich doch dass ich die Ordination jetzt längere Zeit nicht besuchen muss ;-) The whole ordination team was very friendly and very pleasant in view of the tense corona situation. The waiting room situation was pointed out in advance when the appointment was made and received accordingly in the surgery. Dr Jahn attached great importance to explaining the necessary therapy unequivocally - whether it was for his sake or mine, it doesn't matter at all If it weren't a doctor, I'd say: again at any time, but I hope that I won't have to visit the surgery for a long time now ;-)
V	Vera Popp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Arzt, der genau zuhört, sich dafür auch Zeit nimmt und einem das Gefühl gibt, wichtig zu sein mit seinem Problem. Danke für die Tipps! Wartezeit einplanen! Habe aufgrund meiner Beschwerden einen sehr raschen Termin bekommen, aber dann vor Ort noch recht lange (ca. 3/4h) warten müssen. Für eine normale Kontrolle ist die Wartezeit recht lang (ich glaube war immer so ca 2 Monate). Very friendly doctor who listens carefully, takes the time to do so and makes you feel important with your problem. Thank's for the Tipps! Plan waiting time! I got a very quick appointment due to my complaints, but then had to wait quite a long time (about 3/4 hours) on site. The waiting time for a normal check is quite long (I think it was always around 2 months).
