A consultation was charged for over € 950, but no order was placed. Wasn't informed about the cost either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Függer leitet aus einer Vertretungsanfrage ein Mandandtenverhältnis ab und schickt, wenn er nicht engagiert wird, auch gleich eine Rechnung (nennt sich Honorarnote) an den "Mandanten".
Das ist so, als würde ich beim Klempner nach dem Preis für eine Rohrverlegung fragen und der schickt mir gleich die Rechnung für die geleistete Arbeit.
Das ist ein bisschen unseriös, aus meiner Sicht.
Keine Empfehlung!
Mr. Függer derives from an agency request a client relationship and sends, if he is not engaged, also equal to a bill (called fee note) to the "client".
It's like asking the plumber for the price of a pipe installation and he'll send me the bill for the work I've done.
That is a bit dubious, in my view.
No recommendation!
