L	Laura Rodríguez Poveda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuscht mit den Umgangsformen von den Ordinationsassistentinen (die Frau Doktor haben wir nicht einmal kennengelernt). Meine Tochter (2 Jahre) und ich waren dort, um eine MKP-Untersuchung durchzuführen. Die Kleine hatte einen Ausschlag und wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob sie den Termin einhalten konnte oder nicht. Eine Assistentin hat uns zur Spielecke im Warteraum geschickt, sodass sie das mit der Frau Doktor klären konnte. Neben uns waren mehrere erwachsene Patienten. Nach ein paar Minuten ist die Assistentin zu uns gekommen: "Es wird nichts mit der Untersuchung und außerdem sie (die Kleine) ist ansteckend, also raus hier". Natürlich sind wir weggegangen (und zurück kommen wir sicher nicht). Ein Tag später haben wir erfahren, dass es sich bei meiner Tochter nur um einen Hitzeausschlag handelte und sie doch nicht krank war. Wir haben unseren Termin also verschieben müssen (bei einem anderen Arzt), die Zeit vergeudet und uns vor den anderen Patienten sehr unwohl gefühlt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with the manners of the assistant doctor's office (we didn't even get to know the doctor). My daughter (2 years old) and I were there for an MKP examination. The little one had a rash and we weren't sure if she could keep the appointment or not. An assistant sent us to the play area in the waiting room so that she could clarify this with the doctor. There were several adult patients next to us. After a few minutes the assistant came to us: "The examination will not work and besides she (the little one) is contagious, so get out of here". Of course we went away (and we certainly won't come back). A day later we learned that my daughter had just a heat rash and that she wasn't sick. So we had to postpone our appointment (with a different doctor), wasted time and felt very uncomfortable in front of the other patients.

B	Bix Baum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weil ich meine Brille verloren habe, wurde mir mein Termin, den ich eigentlich erst in zwei Monaten gehabt hätte, vorgezogen. Ich hatte meine Versicherungskarte zuhause vergessen, und weil ich schon Patientin bin, war das kein Problem, was keine Selbstversrändlichkeit ist, denn ich habe da auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Team war äußerst freundlich und es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre in der offenen Ordination, in der ich mich auch räumlich wohlfühle. Die Ärztin ist auch eine sehr freundliche, kompetente Person, ihre Messwerte stimmen mit denen des Optikers überein. Wirklich optimal, dass ich nicht nur mein Brillenrezept erneuern durfte, sondern dass auch gleich alle anderen Untersuchungen durchgeführt wurden , sodass ich mir den ursprünglich vereinbarten Termin ganz erspare. Das ist doch auch sehr patientenfreundlich!! Because I lost my glasses, I preferred my appointment, which I would not have had until two months. I had forgotten my insurance card at home, and because I'm already a patient, that was not a problem, which is not selbstversrändlichkeit, because I've already had other experiences. The team was extremely friendly and there is a pleasant atmosphere in the open office where I feel at home. The doctor is also a very friendly, competent person, her measurements agree with those of the optician. Really optimal that I was not only allowed to renew my prescription, but that all the other examinations were carried out immediately, so that I completely save the originally agreed date. That's also very patient-friendly !!

Aber eine sehr kompetente Ärztin mit einem sehr netten und kompetenten Team . Inzwischen geht unsere gesamte Familie hierher. Great doctor, super dear team. Unfortunately, extremely long waiting times and online appointments do not always work. But a very competent doctor with a very nice and competent team. In the meantime our whole family is going here.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und das gesamte Team ist freundlich und professionell! Dr. Stappen hat mein Problem sofort erkannt und ich freue mich auf den Kontrolltermin in einem Jahr :) Like the other reviews before me, I can recommend Dr. I can only recommend Stappen and her team. I felt very comfortable and the whole team is friendly and professional! Dr. Stappen recognized my problem straight away and I'm looking forward to the control appointment in a year :)

Darum sage ich Danke an die Frau Dr und ihren Team I have the Dr. I met Stappen 4 years ago and after three treatments she referred me to the AKH eye clinic and since then I've been very enthusiastic about her, so I can only recommend her. That's why I say thank you to Ms. Dr and her team
N	N7 CocoGirl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich mich den anderen Rezessionen überhaupt nicht anschließen. Wir waren trotz Termin für eine Mutter Kind Pass Untersuchung über 1,5 Stunden dort. Sowohl die Ordinationsassistenten, als auch die Ärztin selbst waren ausgesprochen genervt... weshalb sich meine Tochter absolut nicht wohl gefühlt hat und viel geweint hat, woraufhin vom gesamten Personal sehr abwertende Blicke und Bemerkungen gefallen sind. Wenn man absolut gar keine Geduld für Kleinkinder hat sollte man meines Erachtens nach keine Mutter Kind Pass Untersuchungen anbieten. Absolut unprofessionell wie ich finde. Leider absolut keine Empfehlung meinerseits. Unfortunately, I cannot join the other recessions at all. Despite an appointment for a mother and child pass examination, we were there for over 1.5 hours. Both the doctor's assistants and the doctor herself were extremely annoyed ... which is why my daughter felt absolutely uncomfortable and cried a lot, whereupon the entire staff received very disparaging looks and comments. In my opinion, if you have absolutely no patience for toddlers, you shouldn't offer mother child passport examinations. Absolutely unprofessional in my opinion. Unfortunately, absolutely no recommendation on my part.

Doctor good and friendly. A lady at reception is very rude. Might be the lady mentioned in the other comments as well. So don't come anymore.
