B	Bettina F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Sohn ist seit fast 3 Jahren Patient bei Frau Dr. Albu, ich kann absolut nichts Negatives über sie und ihre Ordination berichten. Egal wann ich angerufen habe, dass mein Sohn krank ist, wir konnten immer noch am selben Tag kommen. Frau Dr. Albu ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin, mein Sohn fühlt sich bei ihr sehr wohl und auch ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Es werden nie gleich Antibiotika verschrieben, wir erhielten immer die richtige Behandlung. Fr. Sabine macht ebenso einen sehr guten Job, ich kann nicht behaupten, dass sie, jemals schnippisch o.ä. War, ganz im Gegenteil. Alles in allem kann ich Frau Dr. Albu zu 100% weiterempfehlen. My son has been a patient with Dr. Albu, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about her and her ordination. No matter when I called that my son was sick, we could still come the same day. Miss Dr. Albu is a very competent doctor, my son feels very comfortable with her and I, too, feel in good hands. Antibiotics are never prescribed straight away, we always received the right treatment. Ms. Sabine is also doing a very good job, I cannot say that, ever snippy or similar. On the contrary. All in all, I can Dr. 100% recommend Albu.
N	Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind seit fast 13 Jahren bei Fr. Dr. Albu. Meine Kinder 13 und 10 Jahre alt und waren immer gerne in der Ordination. Fr. Dr. Albu ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin und ich war bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden mit ihr. Mit Fr. Sabine ebenso. Egal wann ich an rufe, sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen oder bei Krankheit einen Termin noch am selben Tag. Zu mir ist sie immer sehr freundlich. Darum kann ich auch nicht die negativen Bewertungen verstehen. Aber wenn man eventuell selbst keine Freundlichkeit an den Tag legt, wird man auch keine erfahren. Ich kann hier Fr. Dr. Albu und Fr. Sabine nur sehr empfehlen. Ihre Kinder sind hier bestens versorgt! We have been with Ms. Dr. for almost 13 years. Albu. My children are 13 and 10 years old and always enjoyed the ordination. Die einzige Erklärung ist dass die Ärztin keine Lust auf neue Patienten hat . Egal was ich gesagt habe, sie hat mich nicht ausreden lassen !! Ich hatte eine Liste mit ungefähr 7-8 Fragen und als ich dir Liste rausgeholt habe, bekam ich zu hören ,, Los , fragen Sie schon " Lächerlich! Ich war kurz vor Schluss dort aber dann sollen Sie nicht die Termine so vergeben und den Kunden auf die schnelle machen. Es ist mein erstes Kind , mein Baby schreit seit der Geburt sehr viel, und die Hälfte meiner Fragen was ich fragen wollte hab ich vergessen zu fragen wie auch wenn ich dauernd unterbrochen werde ?? Also ganz klar nicht zu empfehlen!!!! Visited the doctor for the first time with a newborn today, I don't understand all the good reviews here! The only explanation is that the doctor is not in the mood for new patients. No matter what I said, she didn't let me finish !! I had a list of about 7-8 questions and when I got the list out of you I got to hear, "Come on, you're asking" Ridiculous! I was there shortly before the end, but then you shouldn't give up the appointments and make the customer rush. It is my first child, my baby has been crying a lot since it was born, and half of the questions I wanted to ask I forgot to ask, even if I am constantly interrupted? So clearly not to be recommended !!!!
K	K-S. S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nette Kinderärztin mit viel Wissen. Wir sind gerne bei Fr. Dr. Albu. Bei akuten Dingen bekommt man am gleichen Tag noch einen Termin, die Wartezeit ist sehr kurz. Die Ordinationshilfe ist sehr nett und kann immer weiter helfen. Meine beiden Kinder gehen sehr gerne zu ihr! Spielzeug ist sehr viel vorhanden. Kranke und gesunde Kinder werden getrennt. Frau Dr. War vor 25 Jahren auch schon meine Kinderärztin. :-) Super nice pediatrician with a lot of knowledge. We are happy to be with Ms. Dr. Albu. For acute matters, you can get an appointment on the same day, the waiting time is very short. The ordination help is very nice and can always help. My two children love to go to her! There are a lot of toys. Sick and healthy children are separated. Miss Dr. Was my pediatrician 25 years ago. :-)
E	Erjona Isenaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mein 1. Kinderarzt (leider) in Pension ging wurde mir Frau Dr. Albu von diesem empfohlen. Schon bei der ersten Untersuchung fühlte ich mich nicht sonderlich „willkommen“. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass mein Sohn (mein erstes Kind) und ich nur schnell abgefertigt wurden. Mein Sohn hatte mit 10 Monaten zum ersten Mal Fieber, deswegen hatte ich in der Ordination angerufen. Abgesehen davon, dass die Ordinationsgehilfin kein Einfühlvermögen verfügt, wurde ich direkt angefahren wieso ich denn nicht gleich in der Früh anrufe, wenn ich am selben Tag zur Untersuchung kommen möchte; ich könne erst am Montag zu einer Untersuchung kommen!! Mein Sohn hatte Gott sei Dank nichts schlimmes, ich war dann im Kinderambulatorium wo mir dann die richtige Stärke der Fieberzäpfchen verschrieben wurden. Hierzu meinte Frau Dr. Albu dass die 75mg ausreichend sind bis er 1 Jahr alt wird!!! Das stimmt aber nicht!!!! Jetzt werde ich einen neuen Kinderarzt suchen! Since my first pediatrician (unfortunately) retired, Dr. Albu recommended by this. Even at the first examination I didn't feel particularly "welcome". I felt like my son (my first child) and I were just being rushed. My son had a fever for the first time when he was 10 months old, so I called the surgery. Apart from the fact that the receptionist has no empathy, I was directly asked why I didn't call first thing in the morning if I wanted to come to the examination on the same day; I can't come for an exam until Monday!! Thank God my son didn't have anything bad, I was then in the children's outpatient clinic where I was then prescribed the right strength of fever suppositories. In this regard, Mrs. Dr. Albu that the 75mg are enough until he is 1 year old!!! But that's not correct!!!! Now I'm looking for a new pediatrician!
A	Anonym Bin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sprechtsundenhilfe eine absolute Katstrophe! Fr. Dr. Albu ist als Ärztin ganz okay. Wobei es störend ist, dass sie im Grunde bei jedem Besuch einen Anlass findet, einem um die Nase zu binden, wie erfahren sie ist, was oftmals sehr belehrend wirkt. Was aber wirklich gar nicht geht, ist die Dame am Empfang. Sie ist schroff, unfreundlich und wirklich immer schlecht gelaunt. Egal ob am Telefon oder persönlich. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, warum man einen Beruf ausübt, der einem offenbar keine Freude bereitet. Sprechtsundenhilfe an absolute catastrophe! Mrs. Dr. Albu is okay as a doctor. Although it is disturbing that with every visit she basically finds a reason to tell you how experienced she is, which often has a very instructive effect. But what really doesn't work is the lady at the reception. She is gruff, unfriendly and really always in a bad mood. Whether on the phone or in person. I really don't understand why people practice a job that doesn't seem to bring them any joy.
