Da war ich nicht Akut genug! Traurig! Ich gehe nur noch nach neusiedl zum Ohrensarzt!!!! Danke nochmal ! Leider musste ich eingeschoben werden da ich Schmerzen hatte und ich hatte meine 13 Monate alte Tochter dabei. Nach einem Test musste ich wieder warten, es wurde mir gesagt das ich gleich dran komme. Nach 20 Minuten weiteres warten fragte ich nach und bekam die unfreundliche Antwort sie warten sie wurden eingeschoben. Als ich aber darauf hinwies das dies einfach nicht mehr geht, meinte sie ordinationsgehilfin ich solle mir einen privat Termin nehmen. Tja willkommen in der zweiklassenmedizin Und eine Patientin mit einem hörsturz wegzuschicken da gehört schon etwas dazu Unfortunately, one has to say that the ordination assistants don't have a lot of human sensitivity. Privatzahler sofort. ? Ich finde es unglaublich, wie in diesem Land es möglich ist, auf Kosten der Allgemeinheit zu studieren, also sich von ihnen eine privilegierte Ausbildung, angesehenen und gut dotierten Beruf finanzieren zu lassen, aber dann ausgerechnet für diese Leute nicht zur Verfügung zu stehen oder sie dafür nochmals abzukassieren. Er beantwortete alle meine Frage und ging dem auch untersuchungstechnisch nach. Obwohl ich nicht allzu lange drinnen war, hatte ich nicht das Gefühl dass, er keine Zeit für mich hätte und mich "weiter" haben wollte. Also ich war/bin sehr zufrieden und werde Mo einen Termin fixieren, da ich eine schmerzhafte Ohrgangsrntzg. habe. und ich hoffe, dass ich gl.am Mo/Di einen Termin bekomme. 4 Sterne hat sich das Team auf jeden Fall verdient. Die Damen im Vorzimmer waren sehr freundlich und obwohl ich keinen Termin hatte, wurde ich eingeschoben. nach knapp über einer Stunde hat mich Dr. Dworan ärztlich versorgt, mir genau gesagt was ich habe und mit einer Salbe nach Hause entlassen. Ich kann diesen Arzt sowie seine Damen am Schalter aufs Wärmste empfehlen! Es waren alle sehr nett, freundlich und ich fühlte mich bei Ihnen sehr gut aufgehoben!
