r	rYn AT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wartezeiten sind eine bodenlose Frechheit. 2,5h warten für 5 Minuten Behandlung. Patienten die nach einem kommen werden noch (ohne ersichtlichen Grund)vor einem behandelt. The waiting times are bottomless cheek. 2.5h wait for 5 minutes of treatment. Patients who come after you are treated (for no apparent reason) before you.

Wartezeit nicht so extrem lange mit kranken Kindern. Ca halbe Stunde. Frau Doktor war auch ganz nett zu uns. Danke! . It was our first time in the ordination on weekend work. Our two year old son was sick. We are very happy. Don't wait too long with sick children. About half an hour. Frau Doktor was also very nice to us. Thank you! ,
S	Stefan Hagenauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte betonen,dass die Bewertung nur das Team betrifft und nicht Fr. Dr. Wurstbauer. Da ich aufgrund eines pos. Covid test in Quarantäne bin und zum Glück nur leichte Beschwerden habe wollte ich per Telefon um ein Rezept bitten. Muss dazu sagen dass diese Ordination die Vertretung meines Hausarztes machte. Am Telefon war anfangs alles freundlich und nach der Frage ob ich geimpft wäre und ich verneinte wurde der Ton rauer. Dann kam dazu, dass ich aus Elga ausgestiegen bin worauf sie meinte sie kann kein Rezept ausstellen müsste ich persönlich holen. Natürlich war das nicht möglich aufgrund meines Bescheides. Ich solle jemand anders schicken. Meine Frau befindet sich genauso in Quarantäne und meine Bekannten sind arbeiten zu den Öffnungszeiten. Mein Hausarzt hat das Rezept immer per Fax oder Mail gesendet welches die Dame verneinte. Als ich zu der unfreundlichen Dame am Telefon sagte das ich anscheinend 2 Minuspunkte erhalten habe wegen nicht Impfung und Ausstieg aus Elga meinte sie ,es ist ihr egal und ich soll entweder jemanden schicken oder mich an einen anderen Arzt wenden. Für mich fällt das unter unterlassen Hilfeleistung denn wo ein Wille da ein Weg. I would like to emphasize that the evaluation only concerns the team and not Ms. Sausage farmer. I should send someone else. My wife is also in quarantine and my friends are working during opening hours. My family doctor always sent the prescription by fax or email, which the lady denied. When I said to the unfriendly lady on the phone that I apparently got 2 minus points for not being vaccinated and for getting out of Elga, she said she doesn't care and I should either send someone or contact another doctor. For me that falls under failure to provide assistance because where there is a will there is a way.
