Kam mit starken akuten Schmerzen zu ihr und sie hat mich eiskalt abgewimmelt, da sie lieber ihren ,freien Abend‘ genießen wollte - sie hatte Bereitschaftsdienst. Anschließend hat sie am Telefon lautstark über ‚Patienten wie mich‘ gelästert. ( Trotz ärztlicher Schweigepflicht ) Da sie mir mehr als deutlich gemacht hatte, dass mein Leiden für sie nicht wichtig genug war für eine ärztliche Behandlung, zögerte ich, nochmal zu einem Arzt zu gehen. Als ich dann ein paar Tage später schließlich doch zum Arzt meines Vertrauens ging, stellte sich heraus, dass das was ich hatte nicht so ungefährlich war wie mir die Ärztin vermittelt hatte. Ohne Behandlung hätte ich mit schwerwiegenden Folgen in der Zukunft rechnen können. VERY unfriendly, unhelpful doctor who doubts the good in people. Came to her with severe acute pain and she turned me off ice cold, because she would rather enjoy her evening off - she was on call. Then she blasphemed loudly on the phone about 'patients like me'. (Despite medical confidentiality) Since she had made it more than clear to me that my suffering was not important enough for her for medical treatment, I hesitated to go to a doctor again. When I finally went to the doctor I trust a few days later, it turned out that what I had was not as safe as the doctor had told me. Without treatment, I could have expected serious consequences in the future.
M	Max Musterman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wo fange ich an... 1. Der Empfang. Wenn man in die Praxis zur Anmeldung kommt wird man nicht begrüßt. Die Empfangsdame Frau Schwab ist unfreundlich und ja es scheint als wäre sie genervt.. aber nur bei jungen Leuten. Ältere Kameraden werden freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Sie können nichts mit jungen Leuten anfangen. 2. Die Wartezeit. Meine längste Wartezeit war zwei 1/2 Stunden. Trotz Termin. Patienten die sich nach mir angemeldet haben kamen vor mir. Es lag keine besondere Dringlichkeit vor. Auf Fragen wie lang es noch dauert oder ähnlichen wird unfreundlich vertröstet. Meistens heißt es nicht mehr lange oder nur noch 2 Patienten. Im endeffekt wartet man dann noch mindestens eine Stunde. 3. Die Ärztin. Wenn man die Wartezeit überstanden hat gehts ab ins Behandlungszimmer. Die Ärztin ist vorurteilhaft. Teils unfreundlich. Die Behandlung dauert nicht länger als 3 - 5 Minuten. Sie untersucht nicht wirklich sondern überweist den Patienten sofort zu einem Kollegen. Die Praxis ist sehr schlecht ausgerüstet. Das einzige was Frau Kainz in ihrer Praxis machen kann ist Blut abnehmen und Spritzen geben. Alles in allem.. Mich wundert es das sie noch behandeln darf. 1 von 5 * So where do I start ... 1. The reception. If you come to the practice to register you will not be greeted. The receptionist Frau Schwab is rude and yes it seems as if she is annoyed .. but only for young people. Older comrades are treated kindly and courteously. You can't do anything with young people. 2. The waiting time. My longest wait was two and a half hours. Despite an appointment. Patients who signed up after me came before me. There was no particular urgency. Questions such as how long it will take or the like will be unfriendly put off. Most of the time it is no longer long or only 2 patients. In the end you wait then at least an hour. 3. The doctor. If you have survived the waiting time you go to the treatment room. The doctor is prejudiced. Partly rude. The treatment lasts no longer than 3-5 minutes. She doesn't really examine, but immediately transfers the patient to a colleague. The practice is very poorly equipped. The only thing Ms. Kainz can do in her practice is taking blood and giving injections. All in all .. I'm surprised that she can still treat. 1 of 5 *
J	Jürgen Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sympathisches nettes Team. Man wird sehr freundlich behandelt und es wird auch auf einem eingegangen. Nur leider Wie überall. Für ein nicht ganz fünf Minuten Gespräch bei der Ärztin muss aufgrund der pensionisten über zwei Stunden gewartet werden. Für berufstätige welche kurz mal von der Arbeit kommen leider nichts. Nice nice team. You will be treated very friendly and it is also on a received. Unfortunately, as everywhere. For a not quite five minutes conversation with the doctor, the pensioners have to wait over two hours. For working which short time from work unfortunately nothing.
T	Tomatosoup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie ist seit Jahren die Ärztin meines Vertrauens. Ausgezeichnete Diagnostikerin, die sich noch Zeit für ihre Patienten nimmt!!! Schwester Marianne und Fr. Schwab sind stets ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Nachteil sind die teils wirklich extrem langen Wartezeiten. She has been the doctor I trust for years. Excellent diagnostician who still takes time for her patients! Sister Marianne and Ms. Schwab are always extremely friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is the sometimes extremely long waiting times.
