★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde den Zahnarzt sehr professionell und achtsam. Er ist der Gegenpol zu den Mitarbeitern am Schalter. Bei diesen stößt man sehr oft an seine persönlichen Grenzen, da diese wie mehrfach bemerkt, auf Höflichkeit und professionelles Verhalten verzichten. Schmerzpatienzen haben wenig Chancen, zeitnah einen Termin zu bekommen. Ob dies von der Führungsebene so gewünscht ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, jedoch sehe ich hier eindeutig einen Optimierungsbedarf.
Find the dentist very professional and mindful. He is the opposite pole to the employees at the counter. With these you very often come up against your personal limits, as they forego politeness and professional behavior, as noted several times. Patients in pain have little chance of getting an appointment in a timely manner. I cannot judge whether this is desired by the management level, but I clearly see a need for optimization here.
