Die Kontrolltermine können individuell ausgemacht werden, muss ein Termin verschoben werden, ist ein kurzes Telefonat ausreichend, und stellt kein Problem dar. Es ist eine saubere und einladende Ordination vorzufinden. War meinen gesamten Behandlungszeitrum äußerst zufrieden mit dem Personal sowie mit der Arbeit. Dr. Pseiner und sein Team sind nur weiter zu empfehlen. Mit lieben Grüßen The team around Dr. med. Pseiner is super friendly and competent. The work is excellent, on questions you get a professional, understandable answer. The control appointments can be made individually, an appointment must be postponed, a short telephone call is sufficient, and is not a problem. There is a clean and welcoming ordination. Was my entire treatment period extremely satisfied with the staff and work. Dr. Pseiner and his team are only recommendable. Kind regards
k	ken wurscht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame am Empfang ist sehr Unfreundlich, nebenbei reibt sie einem noch unter die Nase das man ja NUR ein Kassenpatient ist... The lady at the reception is very unfriendly, she rubs you under your nose that you are ONLY a cash patient...
S	Silvia Oberwaditzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich vor etwas mehr als 2,5 Jahren zu euch in die Ordination kam fühlte ich mich gleich pudelwohl. Das Erstgespräch mit Herrn Dr.Pseiner war sehr informativ und ich kann mit ruhigen Gewissen sagen - behaupten und auch schreiben dass ist ein Arzt, der seine Arbeit versteht und weiß was er macht mit viel Gefühl. Ich habe damals schon gewusst das ich eine große Baustelle vor mir habe. Mittlerweile nach zwei erfolgreichen Operationen und bester Vorarbeit von Dr.Pseiner und seinen top ausgebildeten Team bin ich froh den Schritt zu ihm gemacht zu haben. Für die weiteren Terminvergabe am Empfang wurde immer vollste Rücksicht genommen wann es mir am besten passte. Die OP Termine wurden auf Wunsch von mir immer durch Dr.Pseiner in LKH Klagenfurt an der MKG Abteilung ausgemacht. Wenn man die Räumlichkeiten in seiner Ordination betritt, spürt man die Freundlichkeit und die herzhafte Begrüßung aus allen Ecken. Ist man etwas nervös und ängstlich so verschwindet das sofort mit den positiven Eindrücken und dem gut gelaunten Team. Die Ordination ist sehr hell, hohe Räume und modern ausgestattet. Was ich auch noch als sehr positiv erwähnen möchte und auch sehr Schätze, ich hatte schon die Gelegenheit ausserhalb der Ordinationszeiten einen Service in Anspruch zu nehmen bei einer von seinen vielen kompetenten Mitarbeiterinen, wenn es mal notwendig war (...2min.Arbeit...) - so daß ich mir den weiten Weg in die Ordi sparen konnte. Für mich ist das die beste Ordination - der beste Doktor und die tollsten Mitarbeiter. Ich komme gerne zu euch und kann euch nur zu 100% weiter empfehlen! When I came to your ordination a little over 2.5 years ago, I felt right at home. The initial consultation with Dr. Pseiner was very informative and I can say with a clear conscience - claim and also write that he is a doctor who understands his work and knows what he is doing with a lot of feeling. I already knew back then that I had a big construction site ahead of me. In the meantime, after two successful operations and the best preparatory work from Dr. Pseiner and his highly trained team, I am glad that I made the step to him. For further appointments at reception, full consideration was always given when it suited me best. At my request, the surgical appointments were always made by Dr. Pseiner in the LKH Klagenfurt in the MKG department. When you enter the premises in his surgery, you can feel the friendliness and the hearty welcome from all corners. If you are a bit nervous and anxious, it immediately disappears with the positive impressions and the good-humoured team. The surgery is very bright, with high ceilings and modern equipment. What I would also like to mention as very positive and also very much appreciate that I had the opportunity to use a service outside of the surgery hours with one of his many competent employees, if it was necessary (...2min. work.. .) - so that I could save myself the long journey to Ordi. For me this is the best surgery - the best doctor and the greatest staff. I love coming to you and can only recommend you 100%!
