Nachdem meine Mutter ihre e-card vergessen hatte sagte der Arzt: “entweder ihr bezahlt oder ihr geht, wir sind nicht im Kindergarten”. Obwohl wir ihm ein Foto der e-card gezeigt haben, wo die Sv-Nummer drauf steht. So respektlos sollte niemand behandelt werden. Nicht nur die fachlichen Kenntnisse zählen bei so einem Beruf, sondern auch die sozialen. Versucht einmal respektvoller gegenüber euren Mitmenschen zu sein. I don't recommend this doctor at all. Our situation was very urgent and there was a risk of infection. After my mother forgot her e-card, the doctor said: “Either you pay or you leave, we are not in kindergarten”. Although we showed him a photo of the e-card with the Sv number on it. Nobody should be treated so disrespectfully.
