★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an English person, I was not sure if the Doctor would understand fully my problem. Not only did he speak very good English, he listened to every word I said. He was ultra efficient, sympathetic, caring, and also has a sense of humour.
He carried out my procedure with total explanation all the way through. He then took the time to explain in detail the diagnosis to me and answered all of my questions.
I can only say the the whole experience was fantastic. A lovely man and lovely staff. I can not give enough praise to the whole team. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr Bernhard as I needed some vaccinations for an upcoming trip abroad. Dr Bernhard and his nurse colleagues could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Within 24 hours from first picking up the phone my partner and I were in receipt of 5 vaccinations, and on our way. Could not recommend highly enough. Lovely reception team, great nurses and a friendly atmosphere where they will do their upmost to help you; doctors surgeries in the UK could learn a lot from you!
