 Ms. Rosi is a disaster, she is rude to the patients and completely overwhelmed. Pity for the beautiful new ordination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I wouldn’t write such a review but feel that it’s important to on this occasion. Went to this doctors’ surgery because my usual doctor is on holiday. Receptionist awful (possibly having a bad day?), no compassion whatsoever. Doctor also lacking a human touch, made to feel very unwelcome(again, perhaps not his day). Was sent into his surgery and then he vanished for 20 minutes without any explanation. Made to feel small and unimportant. What a shame.
