Vor der Praxis sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und die Terminvergabe funktioniert auch rasch und unkompliziert. Kurzum: 5 Sterne! :) Dr. Benzinger and his team are friendly, competent and do an excellent job. Thanks for that! Before the practice, there are sufficient parking spaces available and the appointment process works quickly and easily. In short: 5 stars! :)

Aber eine seiner Mitarbeiterinnen (ältere Dame, Brille, schwarze Haare) war grob, unfreundlich und fragte während dem Bohren zum dritten Mal, ob ich eh verstünde wie man die Zähne richtig zu putzen hätte. Ich rate dringend davon ab, sich von dieser Frau behandeln zu lassen. Mr. Benzinger gets 5 stars! But one of his employees (elderly lady, glasses, black hair) was coarse, unfriendly and asked for the third time during the drilling whether I understood how to brush my teeth properly anyway. I strongly advise against being treated by this woman.

Sie freut sich schon auf den nächsten Termin bei "dem besten Zahnarzt, bei dem ich je war!" Dr. Benzinger designed the control appointment with our daughter in a very relaxed way; he provided security and competence. She looks forward to the next appointment with "the best dentist I've ever been to!"

Dann sendet man mich zu einem Zahnarzt der schon im Urlaubs ist. Unterlassene HILFE-Leistung eines Arztes würd ich schon mal so meinen! Come with a toothache because my molar broke off at breakfast. But get sent away because you want to go on vacation in an hour. Then they send me to a dentist who is already on vacation. I would mean a failure to help a doctor!

Da ein Zahn meines Sohnes abgestorben war, musste er nun doch leider gerissen werden. Dr. Benzinger ist unglaublich sympathisch und empathisch und trotz der Zahn-Op hat mein Sohn die Praxis sehr dankbar und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht verlassen. Herzlichen Dank!! Called spontaneously, because my son got toothache on holiday and we immediately got an appointment. Since a tooth of my son had died, he now unfortunately had to be torn. Dr. Benzinger is incredibly likable and empathic and despite the tooth-op, my son has left the practice very grateful and with a smile on his face. Thank you very much!!
