★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch niemals so unkompetent am Telefon abgewimmelt worden. Ich hatte Angst, dass ich Krebs habe, aber Ordinationshilfe meinte, dass sei kein Notfall und ich erhalte maximal in einem halben Jahr einen Termin. Nicht mal Überweisung für Krankenhaus wäre möglich. Unfassbar für mich, wenn man nicht weiter weis und so mit einem umgegangen wird. Ein versprochener Rückruf von der Ärztin ist natürlich nie erfolgt. Gott sei Dank gibt es noch andere Ärzte, denen der Mensch noch wichtig ist!
Never been blown off on the phone so incompetently. I was afraid that I had cancer, but ordination aid meant that it was not an emergency and I would only get an appointment in half a year. Even hospital transfers would not be possible. Incredible for me if you don't know what to do and are dealt with. Of course, the doctor never promised to call her back. Thank God there are other doctors who still care about people!
