★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau DDr. Ferra ist sehr kompetent und professionell! Mein Mann und ich werden immer sehr nett begrüßt und auch sehr nett behandelt! Unsere Fragen werden auch immer geduldig beantwortet. In jedem Beruf gibt es Stress das sollte aber nicht negativ bewertet werden! Würde die Zahnarztpraxis jederzeit weiter Empfehlen.
 Mrs. DDr. Ferra is very knowledgeable and professional! My husband and I are always greeted very nicely and treated very nicely! Our questions are always answered patiently. There is stress in every job, but it should not be rated negatively! Would recommend the dental practice at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich. Wollte gleich alle meine Weisheitszähne rausoperieren bei leichten schmerzen. Drückte mir gleich op Unterlagen in die Hand ohne zu fragen ob ich die OP auch haben will. Meiner Meinung nach eine sehr schlechte Behandlung.
Geht garnicht auf Patienten ein!
War dann bei anderen Zahnarzt der sagt mein Zahnfleisch war nur gereizt und das das nach wenigen Tagen wieder gut ist. So war es auch. Gott sei Dank habe ich abgewartet und mir nicht gleich 4 Zähne rausoperieren lassen !!
Zahnarztpraxis oder Basar? Hatte das Gefühl, dass die Gewinnmaximierung vor dem gesundheitlichen Wohlbefinden steht.
Unfriendly. I immediately wanted to remove all of my wisdom teeth with slight pain. Immediately handed me surgery documents without asking whether I want the surgery too. Very bad treatment in my opinion.
Does not go into the patient at all!
Then I went to another dentist who says my gums were just irritated and that it will be fine after a few days. It was like that. Thank goodness I waited and didn't have 4 teeth removed right away !!
Dental practice or bazaar? Felt that maximizing profit comes before health wellbeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mache seit langem Zahnreinigung und Kontrollen hier. Top Team und super Behandlung. Habe vor einiger Zeit hier auch meine Weisheitszähne ziehen lassen nachdem diese schief gewachsen sind. Auch hier tolle Behandlung. Ich wurde immer gefragt wie es mir geht und ob ich eine Pause brauche. Alles ist super verheilt und und ich bin immer noch Dankbar wie schnell mir hier damals geholfen wurde.
Have been doing teeth cleaning and checks here for a long time. Top team and great treatment. Some time ago I also had my wisdom teeth pulled here after they grew crooked. Great treatment here too. I was always asked how I was doing and if I needed a break. Everything has healed super and I am still grateful how quickly I was helped here back then.

Ich habe schnell einen Termin bekommen und habe mich auch während der Entfernung der Weisheitszähne, welche unangenehm sein kann, sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen!
GDR. Ferra and her team are extremely competent and friendly and always strive for the well-being of their patients. I got an appointment quickly and felt that I was in very good hands during the removal of my wisdom teeth, which can be uncomfortable. I can only recommend the practice!
