B	Beate Bode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War des öfteren mit meinen Eltern dort da meine Mutter nicht mehr selber das Auto fahren kann und seit Ihrer schweren Erkrankung ich sämtliche Termine organisiere. Das Personal bei der Anmeldung unfreundlich. Trotz Termin Wartezeit bis zu 1 1/2 Std. Dann wird man aufgerufen danach Wartezeit im Behandlungszimmer bis zu 15 min und dann 10 min Behandlung. Selbst Herrn Dr.Beinhauer nie gesehn sondern immer die Vertretung. Diese natürlich Freundlich. Trotzdessen muss ich der Ordination 1/2 Stern geben und kann ich persönlich nicht weiter empfehlen. Der Ton macht die Musik - gute Frau! Very rude arrogant and arrogant receptionist! Older woman with walking aid was yelled at, she should kindly wait in front of the door! Ein freundlicher Gruß beim Betreten und anmelden wird nicht erwidert, man wird kurz und knapp - sowie informationslos - abgefertigt. Dr Beinhauer ist zwar sicher gut, aber auch nicht redefreudig. Unfortunately very unfriendly ladies when registering. A friendly greeting when entering and registering is not returned, you are dealt with briefly and without information. Dr Beinhauer is certainly good, but also not good at talking.
k	kawagpzler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beide Rezeptionsdamen unfreundlich. Jeder Patient was sich anmeldet wird mit lauter Stimme zurecht gewiesen. Vor dem Anmeldepult stehen zwei Sessel um den Abstand zu wahren. Links davon steht eine Leuchttafel mit Werbung für Tee. Mit dieser Leuchttafel war gerade ein Techniker und eine Rezeptioinsdame beschäftigt und haben den ganzen Anmeldepult Bereich eingenommen. Alle sind Wartezimmer waren sich einig daß die Unfreundlichkeit der Angestellten nicht zu übertreffen ist. Termin war 10 Uhr und um 11.30 noch immer nicht dran gewesen. Alte Leute mußten im Gang vor der Ordination über 1. Stunde stehend warten. Both receptionists unfriendly. Every patient who registers is reprimanded in a loud voice. In front of the registration desk there are two armchairs to keep the distance. To the left of this is a light board advertising tea. A technician and a receptionist were busy with this light board and took up the entire registration desk area. Everyone is waiting room agreed that the unfriendliness of the staff cannot be beat. The appointment was 10 am and still not at 11.30. Old people had to wait for more than 1 hour in the corridor before the ordination.
C	Christine Kraus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Beinhauer ist sehr kompetent und außerordentlich gewissenhaft. Er handelt menschlich und hilfsbereit, weit über seine Pflicht als Arzt hinausgehend. Ich kann Herrn Dr. Beinhauer nur jedem weiter empfehlen. In seiner Praxis läuft alles ruhig und perfekt nach Plan ab. Bei der Rezeption wird man freundlich empfangen und man hat kaum Wartezeit. Dr. Beinhauer is very competent and extremely conscientious. He acts in a humane and helpful manner, going far beyond his duty as a doctor. I can thank Dr. Recommend Beinhauer to everyone. In his practice everything runs smoothly and perfectly according to plan. At the reception you are welcomed in a friendly manner and you hardly have to wait.
