Man ist bei ihr sehr gut aufgehoben.Ich war mit meiner Angelegenheit total verzweifelt, Dr.Prochazka hört offen zu und beantwortet Fragen klar und direkt.Einfach eine Kompetente und Professionelle Beratung. Wir hatten die Frau Prochska mit der Klage einer offenen Forderungen unseres Unternehmens beauftragt und hatten viele Probleme. Die Frau Prochaska ist ein „Geldgeiles - Lu...“, muss man leider so sagen! Ca. 10.000 € wurden an Kostenvorschuss überwiesen, wobei bei der Prüfung durch unseren Stammanwalt Unregelmäßigkeiten zu Tage gekommen sind, bei der Kostenaufstellung. Auf den Hinweis - kam dann die Ausrede sie hätte sich in der Klagsumme vertan. Für eine einfache Abfrage bei Gericht ob gegen den Gegener weitere Verfahren laufen - wollte sie 2500 €!! Mit einem kurzen Telefonat haben wir es selber heraus gefunden. Die liebe Frau Prochaska hat eine Art mit ihren Kunden „umzufahren“ wie ich sie noch nie erlebt habe im Geschäftsbereich - patzig und unsympathisch ins Bodenlose. Oberflächliche Beträung, aber beim kassieren ist sie schnell. Ihr aufgesetztes männliches, fast schon Macho Verhalten, ist zum schämen, aber anscheinend kann sich die Frau Prochaska nicht anders behaupten in ihrem Berufsstand. Wir machen einen weiten Bogen um diese Kanzlei und raten es auch jedem, der eine professionelle Vertretung wünscht. Rechtsanwälte gibt es zum Glück, wie Sand am Meer. Once and never again Mrs. Prochaska Stay away from this "lawyer"! We had asked Ms. Prochska to file an open claim from our company and we had a lot of problems. Ms. Prochaska is a "money lover - Lu ...", unfortunately you have to put it that way! Approx. € 10,000 was transferred to a cost advance, whereby the examination by our regular lawyer revealed irregularities in the cost statement. On the hint - then came the excuse that she had made a mistake in the claim amount. For a simple query at the court whether there are any further proceedings against the opponent - she wanted 2500 €! With a short phone call, we found out for ourselves. The dear Ms. Prochaska has a way of "driving around" with her customers like I have never experienced in the business area - snotty and unsympathetic into the abyss. Superficial discomfort, but quick to collect. Her fake masculine, almost macho behavior is ashamed, but apparently Ms. Prochaska cannot assert herself in any other way in her profession. We give this firm a wide berth and advise everyone who wants professional representation. Fortunately, lawyers are a dime a dozen.

Es gab wenig Smalltalk und kein drum herum Gerede. Sie sagte mir immer welche Optionen ich habe, wir entschieden uns für eine Richtung und in diese Richtung ging es dann. Das Ergebnis war am Ende so Positiv wie es nur hätte sein können. Die Rechnung war im Vergleich zu deutschen Verhältnissen gesehen schon hoch. Allerdings ist das in Österreich generell bei allen Anwälten der Fall. Ich hatte nur ein weiteres Angebot eingeholt und das lag bei dem doppelten Stundenhonorar. Fazit: Mir wurde für einen für mich akzeptablen Preis absolut kompetent und zielführend geholfen. Auch nach der eigentlichen Verhandlung steht sie mir noch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sollte ich wiedermal eine Rechtsvertretung in Österreich benötigen werde ich mich wieder an Frau Dr. Prochaska wenden. I've never dealt with a lawyer before. I can only report how it feels from Dr. Prochaska to be represented. There was little small talk and no fuss around it. She always told me what options I had, we decided on a direction and then it went in that direction. The end result was as positive as it could have been. The bill was already high compared to German conditions. However, this is generally the case with all lawyers in Austria. I had only got one other offer and that was at twice the hourly rate. Conclusion: I received absolutely competent and targeted help for a price that was acceptable to me. Even after the actual negotiation, she is still at my side with advice and action. Should I ever need legal representation in Austria again, I will contact Dr. Turn Prochaska.
