Die neue Ordination ist wunderschön und beim Wartebereich ist sogar Terrasse dabei. Die Mitarbeiter ist zudem äußerst freundlich. Kurzum, rundherum einwandfrei. Von Beginn an habe ich mich schlecht und sehr unhöflich behandelt gefühlt. Bei der Beschreibung meines Anliegens habe ich einen falschen medizinischen Ausdruck verwendet und wurde daraufhin umgehend mit einem herablassenden Blick und entsprechenden Worten versorgt. In mir enstand das Gefühl mich für meine Anwesenheit entschuldigen zu müssen. Bin sehr enttäuscht. First the good. Professionally, Ms. Gnad makes a very good impression on me. Eine Ärztin, die ihren Job und ihr gegenüber ernst nimmt und nicht versucht, irgendwelche Zusatzleistungen zu verkaufen. Ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Das Frontoffice und auch die Laborassistentin waren ebenfalls superfreundlich und unkompliziert. Großes Kompliment an das ganze Team! Get an appointment very quickly and get 1a treatment. A doctor who takes her job and her seriously and does not try to sell any additional services. I felt very well looked after. The front office and the laboratory assistant were also super friendly and uncomplicated. Big compliments to the whole team!

Ich bin mit Schmerzen gekommen, genauso wieder heimgeschickt worden und habe keine Diagnose bekommen, nur die Empfehlung, Schmerzmittel einzunehmen.
