★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der eine stern ist für die sehr freundliche telefondame mit der ich meinen termin vereinbart habe. Meinen termin der heute wäre. Gestern abend habe ich für die adresse auf die website geschaut und durfte feststellen, dass die Ordi anscheinend aifgrund von erkrankung geschlossen ist. Dachte mir es ist vl ein älterer eintrag. Hab dann heute zur sicherheit vor meinem termin angerufen. Das band hat mir die gleiche info gegeben PLUS dass uch in der zweiten februar woche (die jetzt ist) erneut anrufen soll für einen neuen termin??? Mir ist klar dass man krank werden kann, aber dann müssen termine doch bitte abgesagt werden. Auch das tonband ist nicht ok. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Hätte ich nicht zuuufällig auf die website geschaut wäre ich heute in meiner dienstzeit dorthin gefahrenn und wäre vor verschlossenen türen gestanden und hätte keine Bestätigung für meine Firma erbringen können.
The one star is for the very friendly telephone lady with whom I made my appointment. My appointment would be today. Yesterday evening I looked for the address on the website and found that the Ordi is apparently closed due to illness. I thought it was an older entry. I called today to be sure before my appointment. The band gave me the same info PLUS that I should call again in the second week of February (which is now) for a new appointment??? I realize that you can get sick, but then appointments have to be canceled please. Also the tape is not ok. Am very disappointed. If I hadn't accidentally looked at the website, I would have gone there today during my period of service and would have stood in front of closed doors and would not have been able to provide any confirmation for my company.
