B	Bianca Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nette Arzthelferinnen bzw Sprechstundenhilfen gibt's selten noch wo. Wir hatten so ein Glück, habe um 8 angerufen und um 10.30 durften wir schon kommen weil wer ausgefallen ist. Wir mussten nicht einmal 3 Minuten warten obwohl wir sogar zu früh da waren. Es war eine Vertretungsärztin da die sehr nett war. Die Ordination ist groß und sehr sauber. Parkplätze gibt's auch vorm Haus was super für mich mit Baby ist, gibt's ja leider bei Ärzten in der Stadt kaum mehr wo. So nice medical assistants or consultation assistants are rarely still where. We were so lucky, we called at 8 and at 10.30 we could already come because who failed. We did not even have to wait 3 minutes even though we were there too early. It was a substitute doctor because it was very nice. The ordination is big and very clean. Parking is also available in front of the house which is great for me with baby, unfortunately there are hardly any where in the city.
M	Martina Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Besuche in dieser Praxis sind bereits etliche Jahre her. Beim ersten Mal nahm sich die Ärztin viel Zeit für eine Muttermal-Erstuntersuchung. Alle waren sehr nett und geduldig. Termin bekam ich auch recht flott. Beim zweiten Mal allerdings, dauerte es Monate einen Termin zu kriegen. Das ganze Team hatte ziemlichen Stress weil das Wartezimmer voll war. Sie wollte mir ein großes Muttermal entfernen und spritzte mir die Stelle ein. Zu meinem Erstaunen wartete sie nicht mal gefühlte 5 Minuten ab, sondern begann gleich zu schneiden. Ich spürte alles und ärgerte mich. Wenn es ohnehin weh tat, hätte ich mir die Spritze vorher sparen können, was ja auch nicht so angenehm war. Bestimmt hätte es länger wirken müssen. Als ich kurz aufstöhnte und scherzhaft meinte, doch bitte "zärtlicher" zu sein, sahen sich die beiden jungen Assistentinnen mit einem vielsagenden Blick an, hoben beide die Augenbrauen und rollten mit den Augen. Diese Blicke kenne ich selber nur zu gut. Kam mir wie ein wehleidiges, unmündiges kleines Kind vor. Ich ging von da an nicht mehr hin. My visits to this practice have been several years ago. The first time, the doctor took a lot of time for a birthmark first examination. Everyone was very nice and patient. Appointment I got pretty fast. The second time, however, took months to get an appointment. The whole team had a lot of stress because the waiting room was full. She wanted to remove me a big mole and injected me the spot. To my astonishment, she did not even wait for five minutes, but started cutting right away. I felt everything and was annoyed. If it hurt anyway, I could have saved myself the syringe before, which was not so pleasant. Certainly it would have had to work longer. When I briefly groaned and jokingly said, but please be "tender" to see the two young assistants with a meaningful look, raised both eyebrows and rolled their eyes. I know these looks only too well. Came to me like a sweet-hearted, underage little child. I did not go back from then on.

Auch Ihren Praxismitarbeiter sind sehr nett, bemüht und keine langen Wartezeiten, auch trotz dieser schwierigen Covid19-Zeit. TOP "Die Haut ist der Spiegel unserer Seele" Dr. Kienzl is a very friendly and competent doctor. Wurde beim ersten Termin von einer anderen Ärztin behandelt, die sich die betroffenen Stellen nicht einmal anschaute und mir sofort Salben verschrieb. Beim zweiten Besuch durfte ich alles noch einmal erzählen und fühle mich nicht ernst genommen. Musste eine Stunde für 5 Minuten Behandlung warten. Mir wurden wieder Salben und Lotionen verschrieben, jedoch wurde mir nichts erklärt. Beim Nachfragen wurde ich quasi hinausgebeten. Das war und wird mein letzter Besuch gewesen sein. Very long waiting times, fast and unfriendly clearance. Was treated at the first appointment by another doctor who did not even look at the affected areas and prescribed me immediately ointments. On the second visit I was allowed to tell everything again and do not feel taken seriously. Had to wait one hour for 5 minutes of treatment. I was again prescribed ointments and lotions, but nothing was explained to me. When I asked, I was quoted, so to speak. That was and will be my last visit.
P	Punch38 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zwei Mal bei dieser Ärztin - 1 Mal vor einigen Jahren. Da war ich recht zufrieden. Vor etwas mehr als einem halben Jahr wieder. Ich hatte wegen Corona ein Face shield auf. Ohne mich zu fragen warum und bevor sie mit der Behandlung begann wies sie eine Kollegin an: "Gebens ihm eine ordentliche Maske" - Damals war eine "ordentliche Maske" noch eine OP oder Stoffmaske. Nach heutiger Gepflogenheit natürlich reiner Selbstmord. Ich bin doch kein kleines Kind, an dem man in seiner Anwesenheit einfach vorbei redet. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich keine "normale" Maske aufsetze und nannte ihr die Gründe. Aber ich bot ihr an, dass ich mir einen anderen Arzt suche. Da meinte sie, dass sie das ja nur zum Schutz ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen veranlassen wollte. Schlussendlich hat sie mich behandelt - war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Ich fühlte mich aber weder willkommen, noch freundlich behandelt oder gar gut versorgt (da ich erst Nachfragen musste um Genaueres über mein weiteres Vorgehen zur Behandlung zu erfahren). Vielleicht ist es der ungeheure Patientenandrang, ein bisschen zu viel Ego oder die Gesamtsituation - aber für mich kommt diese Ärztin leider nicht mehr in Frage. Schade, vor einigen Jahren hätte ich ihr 4-5 Sterne gegeben und weiter empfohlen. Visited this doctor twice - once a few years ago. I was quite happy with that. Again a little over half a year ago. I had a face shield on because of Corona. Without asking me why and before starting the treatment, she instructed a colleague: "Give him a proper mask" - at that time a "proper mask" was still an operating room or a cloth mask. According to current practice, of course, pure suicide. I'm not a little kid you just talk past in his presence. I told her that I wasn't wearing a "normal" mask and gave her the reasons. But I offered to find another doctor. Then she said that she only wanted to do this to protect her employees. In the end she treated me - it was just a minor matter. However, I felt neither welcome, nor treated in a friendly manner, or even well looked after (as I had to ask questions first to find out more about how I should proceed with the treatment). Maybe it's the huge number of patients, a bit too much ego or the overall situation - but unfortunately this doctor is no longer an option for me. Too bad, a few years ago I would have given her 4-5 stars and recommended it to others.

Bei den ersten zwei Termin wurde ich von einer anderen Ärztin behandelt, die sich kaum Zeit genommen hat und mich nur schnell abgefertigt hat ohne mir zu helfen. Die Frau Dr. Kienzl nimmt sich Zeit, ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Very nice doctor and extremely friendly staff. During the first two appointments, I was treated by another doctor who hardly took the time and just dealt with me quickly without helping me. The Mrs. Kienzl takes his time, is very hard-working and friendly.

Ich habe sie noch nie unhöflich oder sonstiges erlebt. I can't understand the negative reviews at all! I have been with this dermatologist for years and have always been treated very positively. I have never seen her rude or anything else.

Für Fragen ist immer ein offenes Ohr! Hab für meine Mutter auch einen kurzfristigen Termin bekommen, obwohl sie keine Patientin war. Highly recommended! Everyone is very accommodating and nice! Got an appointment for my daughter quickly, short waiting time and good treatment. We always have an open ear for questions! I also got an appointment at short notice for my mother, even though she wasn't a patient.
