N	Naina Mughal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Ärztin bis hin zur Sekretärinnnen - alle samt sehr unhöflich. Man könnte meinen, dass Frau Doktor ihren Titel auf der Straße gefunden hat. Und die Sekretärinnen haben null Anstand und auch kein bisschen Gefühl für Menschen. Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben, denn genau so viele Sterne hat diese Praxis verdient! From the doctor to the secretaries - all of them very rude. You might think that Frau Doktor found her title on the street. And the secretaries have no decency and no feeling for people. I would like to give 0 stars, because exactly this number of stars deserves this practice!

Wurde immer gut beraten und auch behandelt. Kann die Leute nicht verstehen, wenn Sie jammern das Sie zu lange warten müssen. Das sagt mir nur, Dr. Steininger nimmt sich Zeit für Ihre Patienten. Da nehme ich die Wartezeit in Kauf......... There is disinfectant everywhere. The employees of Dr. Steininger are very friendly. Have been going to Dr. Steininger. Always well advised and also treated. Can't understand people when they moan about waiting too long. That just tells me Dr. Steininger takes time for your patients. I accept the waiting time .........
A	Amy H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beide Ärztinnen nett und kompetent allerdings ist Organisation in dieser Klinik praktisch nicht vorhanden, Telefon wird eine Stunde vor Ordinationsschluss grundsätzlich ausgeschaltet (klingelt nicht mal, habs während dem Warten ausprobiert). Sehr lange Wartezeiten, auch mit Termin, war bereits vor Corona so. Die Behandlung ist sonst immer gut, hatte nie das Gefühl das ich falsch oder schlecht behandelt werde. Im Internet steht nichts von einer verpflichtenden Terminvereinbarung, allerdings darf man ohne Termin NICHT mehr rein (großes Schild im Eingang) das ist natürlich sehr Erfreulich wenn man eine halbstündige Autofahrt hinter sich hat. Ich wollte ja im laufe des Tages mehrfach einen Termin ausmachen aber die Leitung ist ja ständig "belegt". Both doctors are nice and competent, but there is practically no organization in this clinic, the phone is always switched off an hour before the office closes (doesn't even ring, I tried it while waiting). Very long waiting times, even with an appointment, were already the case before Corona. The treatment is otherwise always good, I never had the feeling that I was being treated incorrectly or badly. There is nothing in the internet about a mandatory appointment, but you are NOT allowed in without an appointment (large sign in the entrance) which is of course very pleasant when you have traveled a half hour by car. I wanted to make an appointment several times during the day, but the line is always "busy".
