★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vereinbarungen wurden nach Kaufzusage leider nicht eingehalten. Wir haben nach der Besichtigung das Kaufanbot ohne zu verhandeln unterschrieben und anschließend einzelne Punkte durch unseren Rechtsanwalt prüfen lassen. Vor Unterschrift des Kaufvertrages haben wir um eine Generalreinigung gebeten und ein paar Vertragsdetails verhandelt.
Zum Thema Reinigung und Kellerräumung hieß es "ist erledigt"" - war wohl eine Abwimmelungstaktik. Die Provision war ja schließlich schon fast sicher und ohne Schlüssel konnte ich auch nicht nachschauen, ob es tatsächlich "erledigt" war.
Ich kann mir diese Geschäftspraktiken nicht leisen, sonst hätte ich keine Kunden mehr!

I cannot quiet these business practices, otherwise I would no longer have customers!
