Dass mal ein Paket verloren geht kann ja mal vorkommen aber dass man dann von deren Kundendienst belogen wird mit der Behauptung dass vom Absender bereits eine Nachforschung eingeleitet wurde ist der Gipfel der Frechheit. Gut das ich mich gleich auch beim Absender erkundigt habe und die mir gleich mitgeteilt haben das das nicht stimmt. Da ich diese Lüge auch in Form einer email bekommen habe werde ich nun rechtliche Schritte prüfen lassen. Eines ist für mich klar, ich werde niemals ein Paket über diesen Anbieter versenden und jedes Paket was mir von diesem Verein zugestellt werden soll nicht annehmen. By far the worst parcel service in the world. It can happen that a package gets lost, but that you are then lied to by their customer service with the claim that the sender has already initiated an investigation is the height of cheek. It's a good thing that I immediately asked the sender and they informed me right away that that wasn't true. Since I also received this lie in the form of an email, I will now have legal action checked. After 70 days no one has a clue and the package never made it to its destination. Its lost somewhere between their package centers. I thought this can happen only in films, but it happens in real. Now I am in debt because those amateurs and dangerous individuals. NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure to save as many as I can from this death trap!
