Vi. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich konnte ein bestimmtes Verhalten bei den meisten Mitarbeiterinnen in vielen Filialen (insbesondere der Filiale im Atrio) beobachten: Ein großes Plus ist, dass die VerkäuferInnen den/die KundIn sofort fragen, ob sie helfen können. Wenn diese Frage freundlich verneint wird, werden die KundInnen teilweise wie Luft behandelt. Ich glaube, dass die VerkäuferInnen pro KundIn eine bestimmte Provision bekommen, das dazu führt, dass nur KundInnen, die durch ihr Äußeres den Anschein machen, dass sie viel Geld hätten, wertgeschätzt werden - kleinere Einkäufe wirken sich schließlich auch auf die Höhe der Provision aus. Ich werte KEINE Berufsgruppe ab und schätze alle Dienste. Doch nichtsdestotrotz würde ich den Douglas-MitarbeiterInnen ans Herz legen, dass sie nicht besser als ein/e VerkäuferIn einer anderen Branche sind und dass sie ALLE KundInnen (OHNE zu differenzieren) so behandeln sollten, wie sie auch selbst behandelt werden möchten. I was able to observe a certain behavior in most of the employees in many branches (especially the branch in the Atrio): A big plus is that the salespeople immediately ask the customer if they can help. If this question is answered in a friendly negative, the customers are sometimes treated like air. I believe that the salespeople get a certain commission per customer, which means that only customers who appear to have a lot of money by their appearance are valued - after all, smaller purchases also affect the amount of the commission . I do NOT devalue any professional group and appreciate all services. Nevertheless, I would recommend to the Douglas employees that they are no better than a salesperson in another industry and that they should treat ALL customers (WITHOUT differentiating) as they would like to be treated themselves.
