I like to be in the dorotheum, nice staff, a very friendly boss who is always busy but has a nice word for his customers.

Dann 2 Monate auf einen Termin gewartet und dann kommt man hin und es sind 8 Leute vor einem die alle mehr als 5 Bilder mit haben!! Für was brauche ich dann einen Termin den man 2 Monate zuvor ausmacht!!??? Leider sehr schlechtes Service!!!!! A mail was sent in advance regarding a picture, never received an answer! Then waited 2 months for an appointment and then you come there and there are 8 people in front of you who all have more than 5 pictures! Then what do I need an appointment for 2 months in advance !! ??? Unfortunately very bad service !!!!!

Auch die Präsentationen im 1.Stock sind ansprechend gestaltet. Die Damen und Herren sind sehr kompetent und freundlich, vor allem aber auch ganz besonders hilfsbereit! Nicht zuletzt trägt auch der auffallend zuvorkommende Chef zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei, die einen gerne etwas verweilen und die diversen Angebote schmökern lässt. Wiener Neustädter not only attracts attention due to its central location, but also because of its particularly well-chosen jewelry. The presentations on the 1st floor are also attractively designed. The ladies and gentlemen are very competent and friendly, but above all they are especially helpful!
