★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich immer viel Zeit nehmen für ihre Kunden. Wenn jemand unschlüssig vor den Automaten steht, kommt gleich jemand um zu fragen, ob man Hilfe benötigt. Das Geschäft ist außerdem immer sehr übersichtlich und sauber, mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Hier hat man einfach das Gefühl, dass man ein Mensch ist und keine beliebige Nummer - man fühlt sich hier wirklich wohl.
Very friendly staff who always take their time for their customers. If someone stands undecided in front of the machine, someone will come to ask you if you need help. The shop is also always very clear and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere. Here you just have the feeling that you are a human and no random number - you feel really comfortable here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Dennoch finde ich es sehr schade das Bitcoin und Kryptowaehrungen bei Banken schlecht gemacht werden sowohl auch in dieser Bank. Und leider versteht keiner das Prinzip von Blockchain.
Very nice staff. Still, I think it's a shame that Bitcoin and crypto-currency bans on banks are bad both in this bank. And unfortunately nobody understands the principle of Blockchain.
