Tip: goat cheese and goat spread cheese ? Be sure to try! Hours are great! ? Sunday morning shortly shopped: Pasta with Rönser Frischkäsle (both from the dairy shop)

Zwar sind nur eine handvoll Produkte aus eigener Herstellung, aber dies tut der Empfehlung keinen Abbruch. Der Bergkäse, vor allem der 10 Monate alte (13,90 €/kg) ist sehr gut. Daneben ist der 6 Monate gereifte Bergkäse (12,90 €/kg), der dem älteren in nichts nachsteht sowie der traditionsreiche Sauerkäse/Sura Kees (11,70 €/kg) noch Eigenproduktion. Der Sauerkäse ähnelt außen einem Harzer Käse, ist innen jedoch komplett weiß. Auf jeden Fall speziell, aber nicht schlecht. Der Braukäse (11,40 €/kg), der Mostkäse (12,20 €/kg) sowie der Rotholzer Gebirgsschaf (18,90 €/kg) sind von der Vorarlberg Milch Molkerei hinzugekauft, aber auch allesamt schmackhaft. (Stand 03/2018) At the village dairy in Schlins, it is also worthwhile to take a detour. Although only a handful of products are from our own production, this does not detract from the recommendation. The mountain cheese, especially the 10 month old (€ 13.90 / kg), is very good. In addition, the 6-month-matured mountain cheese (€ 12.90 / kg), which is in no way inferior to the older, and the traditional sour cheese / Sura Kees (€ 11.70 / kg) are still in-house production. The sour cheese is similar to a Harz cheese on the outside, but is completely white on the inside. Definitely special, but not bad. I got cheese from there through my boss. Insanity! Such a good thing. I'll go there with my wife and do some shopping myself. Highly Recommended!
