★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Fa. Dörfler war bei uns für die Fassade zuständig. Leider hat diese deutliche dunkle Flecken und Schatten, auch eine dunkle Körnung kommt zum Vorschein. Nach Reklamation bei der Fa. Dörfler hieß es nur, dass die Fassade in Ordnung sei und die Beanstandung nicht anerkannt wird. Nebenbei lässt auch der Service zu wünschen übrig. Anfragen werden wenn überhaupt, erst nach Wochen / Monaten beantwortet. Würde nie mehr eine Fassade über die Fa. Dörfler machen lassen. Anhand der Fotos kann sich jeder gerne selbst ein Bild der Umsetzung unserer Fassade durch die Fa. Dörfler machen.
The Dörfler company was responsible for the facade. Unfortunately, it has distinct dark spots and shadows, and a dark grain also appears. After complaining to the Dörfler company, it was only said that the facade was in order and the complaint was not recognized. Besides, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Inquiries are only answered after weeks / months, if at all. Would never again have a facade made about the Dörfler company.
