Deswegen bewarb ich mich bei dieser Firma mit einem absichtlich schlechteren Lebenslauf um für eine einfachere Anstellung infrage zu kommen, als ich die beiden führenden Personen kennenlernte war ich schockiert was vor mir saß, ich spielte mit und war froh als ich wieder draußen war. Aber das war eben nur ein kurzes kennenlernen mehr weiß ich auch nicht, die Firma an sich ist finde ich ganz gut. The Corona time is not easy for a lot of people, it was not a good one for me either. That's why I applied to this company with a deliberately worse résumé in order to be eligible for an easier job, when I got to know the two leading people I was shocked at what was in front of me, I played with and was happy when I was out again. But that was just a short getting to know each other, I don't know either, I think the company itself is quite good.

Habe am Wochenende eine Mailanfrage geschickt, ob ich den Verschluss nachbestellen kann. Am Sonntag Abend wurde mir geantwortet, am Montag ging das Päckchen ab und am Dienstag habe ich meinen Ersatzteil erhalten und das noch dazu kostenfrei. Herzlichen Dank für diesen guten Service! The closure of a Dora's bottle that is no longer in the range broke. I sent an email at the weekend asking if I could reorder the closure. I received an answer on Sunday evening, on Monday the parcel went off and on Tuesday I received my spare part and that free of charge. Thank you very much for this good service!

Das verbindet für die Zukunft - Top ??? Great customer service ? the lid of my Dora glass bottle was broken wanted to order a replacement - the surprise was that it was completely uncomplicated and replaced free of charge. That connects for the future - Top ???

Leider war sie jetzt undicht, aber der Kundenservice war so flott und nett und hat mir kostenlos einen neuen Dichtungsring gesendet. Somit ist sie wieder im Einsatz :-) I love my glass bottle and use it every day. Unfortunately it was now leaking, but customer service was so quick and nice and sent me a new sealing ring free of charge. So she's back in action :-)
