(Hatten Backhendl-Salat, Strandburger und Berner Würstl) Das allerdings zu Preisen wie in wirklich guten Lokalen. Das Bestell-und Abhol-System ist chaotisch und stressig. Zusammengefasst: kann man getrost drauf verzichten, wenn man nicht gerade verhungert. On the homepage it sounds like you can expect good food - but there is not more than Mensa quality here. (Had fried chicken salad, beach burgers and Berner Würstl) But at prices as in really good places. The order and pick up system is messy and stressful. In summary: one can do without it, if one does not starve.

So viel Zeit - vom Anstellen bis zum Zeitpunkt wo ich meine Sachen bekommen habe - habe ich in noch keiner Bäderkantine benötigt. 40 Minuten und es waren nur 4 Leute vor mir. Und das zum Frühstück. Die Produkte dann auch nicht so vorbereitet wie angepriesen. Euer System ist einfach der HORROR. Da kann kein flüssiges arbeiten und bedienen der Gäste zustande kommen. Und von der Filiale im Arbeiterstrandbad möchte ich auch nicht reden. Teure Preise und die Qualität so mancher Mensa ist bei weitem Besser. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to evaluate the Danube crisis in Gänsehäufel, but what I went through yesterday was really a joke. I have never needed so much time in a pool canteen - from standing in line to when I got my things. 40 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of me. And that for breakfast. The products are not as prepared as advertised. Your system is simply HORROR. There can be no smooth work and service to the guests. And I don't want to talk about the branch in the workers' beach either. Expensive prices and the quality of some cafeterias is far better.

Zu 2 mini Portionen Hummus gabs 3/4 eines Pita Brotes in Stücke geschnitten, 1 Karotte aufgeschnitten, Radieschen und unter Aufpreis von 1,10 Euro ein mini Falafel. Vor 2 Jahren gab es dort ein ähnliches Gericht und es war größer und sättigte total. Außerdem gabs die Falafel ohne Aufpreis dazu. Wir waren vor 2 Jahren begeistert von diesem Lokal. Was ist passiert?? The price of the Orient Express food is way too expensive. Unfortunately we didn't take a picture. With 2 mini portions of hummus there was 3/4 of a pita bread cut into pieces, 1 carrot cut, radishes and a mini falafel for a surcharge of 1.10 euros. They had a similar dish 2 years ago and it was bigger and totally filling. There was also the falafel at no extra charge. We loved this place 2 years ago. What happened??
E	Erich Lichtscheidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Gänsehäufel verdient etwas Besseres. Selbstbedienungskiosk katastrophal. Chicken Nuggets eiskalt, Pommes ohne Salz. Ich habe reklamiert, unfreundlich. Wurde zum Koch geschickt, musste die Nuggets selbst zurückbringen, diese wurden dann wieder ins heiße Öl gegeben und mir wieder ausgehändigt. Salz gab es keines. Sieht auch sehr unhygienisch aus. Meine zweite schlechte Erfahrung dort und ich gehe nicht mehr hin. The goose heap deserves better. Self-service kiosk catastrophic. Chicken nuggets ice cold, french fries without salt. I complained, unfriendly. If it was sent to the cook, you had to bring the nuggets back yourself, they were then put back into the hot oil and given to me again. There was no salt. Also looks very unsanitary. My second bad experience there and I'm not going there anymore.
S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird die Küche von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter, heute hab ich Augsburger mit Rösti und Spinat gegessen, alles komplett ohne Geschmack! Der Sommerspritzer dazu war zwar wunderschon garniert, aber es war kein Wein drinnen sondern reines Zuckerwasser!! Ich hätte auf meine Bekannte hören sollen, dieses Restaurant zu meiden. Schade das Strandbad Alte Donau hätte eine bessere Küche verdient.... Unfortunately, the cuisine is getting worse from year to year, today I ate Augsburger with hash browns and spinach, everything completely tasteless! The summer splash was beautifully garnished, but there was no wine inside but pure sugar water! I should have listened to my acquaintances to avoid this restaurant. It is a shame that the Alte Donau lido deserves better cuisine ....
L	Lowzell Crewe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schade, dass der Sommer so schnell zu Ende ging. Ich hab jeden sonnigen Tag ausgenutzt um mit Freunden und der Familie ins Gänsehäufel zu gehen! Wir waren so gut wie immer in der Donaubrise essen. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen immer köstlich und Portionen mehr als ausreichend (zu einem fairen Preis) Ich hoffe ihr seit nächstes Jahr auch wieder vertreten It's a shame that the summer ended so quickly. I used every sunny day to go goose down with friends and family! We were almost always eating in the Danube crisis. Very friendly staff, the food always delicious and portions more than enough (at a fair price) I hope to represent you again since next year

Heute ist der letzte Tag und auch heute war alles TOP!!!!! Danke für euren Einsatz und ich freue mich auf das nächste Jahr!!! The team at Gänsehäufel was / is great !!!! They are friendly, very dedicated and the food has always been very good! There is something for everybody!!! Today is the last day and today everything was great !!!!! Thank you for your commitment and I'm looking forward to the next year!
