Hat doch ein Wiener Jaguar Händler es in 3 Anläufen nicht geschafft, das für die Abdeckung des Dachgestänges nötige Ersatzteil zu beschaffen, da wurde noch dazu "empfohlen", eine völlig unnötige Großreparatur zu einem Preis jenseits von € 2k vorzunehmen! Die Firma Domini hat schließlich die Arbeit zu einem Zehntel des in Wien verlangten Preises erledigt, und das ohne Probleme bei der Beschaffung des Zugkabels und bei der Montage... The workshop of the Jaguar Oldtimer enthusiasts in Lichtenwörth near Wiener Neustadt I can highly recommend if the problem solving with my XK Convertible. After all, a Viennese Jaguar dealer did not manage to procure the spare part needed to cover the roof linkage in three attempts, as it was "recommended" to carry out a completely unnecessary major repair at a price of over € 2k! Zuerst wurde die Kopie vom Zulassungsschein verloren, dann 1,5 Wochen nicht die E-Mail mit dem Foto des Zulassungsschein zur Kenntnis genommen und am Ende habe ich jetzt ein Monat gewartet um eine E-Mail zu bekommen in dem nur eine Summe steht. Nun damit fängt man bei einem Anwalt leider nicht viel an. Habe angerufen und gesagt ich brauch einen Zettel wo der Firmenname drauf steht und der Kostenvoranschlag und obwohl es von Anfang an mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich schriftlich für einen Anwalt einen Kostenvoranschlag brauche wurde mir dann erklärt das er sowas gar nicht machen würde. Ein Monat Zeit verloren mit mehrmaligen Druck machen weil nichts weiter ging um dann nichts zu bekommen, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung war drinnen. If I could I would give zero stars. Need a quote for my attorney and have been waiting a month. First the copy of the registration certificate was lost, then the e-mail with the photo of the registration certificate was not noticed for 1.5 weeks and in the end I have now waited a month to get an e-mail that only says a sum. Well, that's not a good thing to do with a lawyer, unfortunately. I called and said I need a piece of paper with the company name on it and the cost estimate and although it was said from the start that I needed a cost estimate in writing for a lawyer, I was then told that he would not do anything like that. A month wasted with repeated pressure because nothing worked and then got nothing, not even an apology was inside.
